Casey is literally the best banker in the world. We now know him for a few years. He was always very processional, extremely knowledgeable, beyond friendly, kind, and welcoming. He IS the reason why we are NOT looking for another bank. Thanks for being a great experience - you are a real asset for FirstBank.

I've been a Firstbank customer for 45 years. They are always knowledgeable about all their products, service is amazing, bank is welcoming. If i need assistance during off times, I can call anytime and speak to a real live person.

Just got to the bank and didn’t realize it closes at noon on Saturday. Two employees were walking out of the main entrance and stopped to chat. They saw me taking our little baby out of the car, grabbing dipper bag etc. They were literally 5 - 10 steps from me and as we were all settled and ready to enter they left.
