Terrible experience. After depositing a check from another bank 5 days prior I attempted to make a money transfer for investment. They were asking questions such is what the name of the investment, location,address if I know what I am doing,waited for 20 minutes for approval and at the end was refused .They told me that I have to wait 2 weeks before they will process my request. Meanwhile my investment has time limit when I can deposit my money. I hate this bank but there is no many other banks location with other banks that I could do personal banking.I feel stuck here in Colorado with choices we have here.

Deposited a check from outdoor kiosk; person assisting inside was not welcoming and assisted, but next to no words and no thank you. Will be changing banks as 1st Bank has gone down hill for some time now.

This bank is hy FAR the absolute WORST bank I have ever used. They can’t even order a check book!!! They told me to go to Offife max…it’s not their job to order check books!! Haha !! My business debit card hasn’t worked in the entire time I have banked here! (over a year) You can be physically in the bank and they tell you to CALL a 800 number for assistance. Chelsea and Kayla definitely are not motivated to satisfy their customers! I make every effect to transfer any balance I have to CHASE whom is trustworthy.!

This bank does legal steeling from the customer. Do not bank with this bank. I was brought in on there CD rates and you don't get what they say back. They have no problem loading you full of fees that should not be there.They nickel and dime you and put it on you why they are doing that.

Casey is literally the best banker in the world. We now know him for a few years. He was always very processional, extremely knowledgeable, beyond friendly, kind, and welcoming. He IS the reason why we are NOT looking for another bank. Thanks for being a great experience - you are a real asset for FirstBank.

If you own a $50 million business or bigger, first bank may be the bank for you, but if you’re a small business owner, they are very hard to work with when you need funding. Look for a credit union or small regional bank for better chance of getting help growing your small business.

I've been a Firstbank customer for 45 years. They are always knowledgeable about all their products, service is amazing, bank is welcoming. If i need assistance during off times, I can call anytime and speak to a real live person.

I was a victim of fraud. Firstbank is treating me like I perpetrated the fraud myself. I will never bank here again, and I will be telling all my friends and family that Firstbank doesn't protect it's customers from fraud at ALL! I can't even open up a checking accoubt at another bank due to the fraud. I don't even think Delisha Jergens even conducted an investigation at all. RUN FOR THE HILLS! DON'T BANK HERE!

I’ve been coming here to this bank for a very long time and had the best customer service from the teller named Hudson, I had to do quite a few things and he helped me through them and gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life. This gentleman treated me with the utmost respect and dignity he quite frankly resembles what every FirstBank teller should be like and he deserves a raise!

Very stingy bank that trys to avoid paying out on promotional offers, and lies about closing your account when you request it to be closed. Staff is not very friendy either. You are much better off going to Chase, or US bank which are both a stones throw away.
