The employees in the bay yelled back and forth repeatedly instead of walking over and - I don’t know- actually maybe helping the new guy at my window. Had to hear my question yelled then the more experienced ones all shaking their heads emphatically saying ‘No’ at every question, without explanation. Then made fun of the new guy about not knowing where the keys were. Rude. The cashier was loud and giggly with the employee hanging out with her, and acted as though everyone else was an annoyance. Definitely will not be back.

Car had the valve stem covers tightened so tight that they were stripped out and required a tool to remove. Mind you this is while I’m trying to fill a low tire. I checked all four and they were all the same, could not remove and could not fill my tires. The threads on the valve stems are no longer there. Thanks.

We’ve been brining our family’s vehicles to this location for the last two years. Always a positive and pleasant experience (even when we are presented with unexpected vehicle maintenance issues ;-) The team has always been informative and courteous; without pressing or upselling us. Yes they do “strongly recommend” additional work, on occasion, but we trust their professional input. Even in those situations, they leave it up to us to decide how to proceed. Highly recommend!
