Great Clips provides consistent haircuts with friendly and understanding staff. The stylists are extremely nice and do an amazing job, getting customers in and out really fast with a decent haircut. Some experiences are excellent, with stylists being extremely consistent and never failing. If a customer is not satisfied, the staff is helpful in fixing the hair. The sign-in process requires waiting even after an appointment. The store itself is just okay. Overall, the people are great and always do a good job, but it is important to speak up during the haircut if something is not liked.
