Went in to return a couple of items, I had two separate receipts one with a return already on it. Definitely not a straight forward situation, I can admit that. The woman at the register was so very loud towards me, talking over me, wouldnt listen to me so I can explain the situation. Anxiety level just kept rising and rising over a single return. I just calmly grabbed my stuff and went to another harbor freight and it was handled seamlessly because I was able to explain what was going on. Someone needs to tell her to just take a breathe. I honestly left more for her sake, it seemed like this simple situation stressed her to the maximum.

Usually have hard to find tools. Not always best quality, but usually work when you need them to. I always go there for that one tool I need to complete the job.

Good store. I did notice a lot of inventory that was unstocked in aisles. Give you a pass, likely due to labor shortages.!?

I went to this store to purchase drop cloths which I checked their inventory online before making the drive out to this location. The inventory online said there was plenty of product in store. We arrived at the store to find the item I was looking for to be out of stock. I went to the cashier, Shymer, who was very helpful and asked if they would substitute a similar size in price. He called the manager on duty at the time, by the name of Manny, and he refused the substitution. Sorry to have inconvenienced you Manny, but there's a reason why your store conditions were a mess (boxes of stock scattered all over the store) and you didn't even bother to come up and explain your reasoning for the out of stock in your store. Outstanding customer service on your behalf. Whomever is responsible for this store at the District level, needs to pay close attention to this store. Loss of customers = loss of sales.

This is a solid go-to store for a wide selection and reasonably priced tools, especially for DIY enthusiasts. You will find a variety of quality tools without the price tag, example Pittsburgh tools come with life time warranty. The key is to be aware of different product lines and choose the right one as some of the lower end products tend to be hit-or-miss.
