A great store for nuts, bolts, cable ties, power tools, drop cloths, moving dollies, hand trucks, tool chests in a variety of colors, load straps, tires and casters, socket sets, automotive supplies, lawn and garden tools, air compressors.They often have sales and the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable.One of my "go to" stores.

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was pleasant and knows the stock well. This organization sells budget tools at a budget price. It's fantastic if you know what you are looking for. For example, I wanted a descent tile saw for a few jobs, and didn't intend to spend the premium for a contractor grade saw. I found exactly that and was impressed by it's quality. Were I a pro, I would have purchased differently, but for my $500, I bought exactly what I needed and it exceeded my expectations. In short, know what you're looking for and be realistic about your expectations.

Dont understand their website nor calling them ... says they have a trailer in stock before I drove their and went in to buy it. Cashier was rude about it all and acted like it was to big of a question to ask if they had it in stock when i showed him the website. He acted like he talked to someone on the radio to ask but before he was done talking on the radio he said "nope we dont have one, all the stock in Harbor Freight is messed up, its been like that for 2+ years so we dont have any for sale and wont have any for sale for a while" and called the next customer up and didnt give me the chance to ask a question. Frustrating I guess and his attitude and felt like he was pushing me to side to to help the other customer.

Found what we needed. Was a very uncomfortable experience. Staff and patrons didn't know what to think of two women shopping for a power bank and some tools. Seems they felt it was ok to stare and say questionable things under their breath. Maybe a different location would be more welcoming. We will only go back if it's the only place that has what we need.

Friendly staff and a huge variety at price points for any budget. Yes, the quality varies, but the price point reflects it. I've been shopping at various HF stores for years and plan to in the future.

Large black female employee (didn’t get her name ) treated us like we were in her way and made us move out of her way bec she chose to carry a box through where there was no room for her . Then when my husband paid I started to move and accidentally almost bumped her with the cart bec she was walking to a different reg . I said oh excuse me and she didn’t acknowledge that or say excuse me the first time she made us move . Everyone else there treated us like people though.

Harbor Freight has some amazing tools but with that said. Today they had a Memorial Day coupon of 25% off any one item. If you can read the microscopic wording at the bottom you can't use it for brand name tools which is hilarious since most of their stuff is made in China. What a way to honor the men and women who are serving and have given their life so harbor freight can sell Chinese-made tools in America.

We have only been here only a couple of time, and there selection is not the best, as we can find what we are looking for half the time, and the other we cnat, and it can be irritating. Other then that, staff are friendly, store is mostly clean, and prices are decent, so not a bad place to shop.
