I've been taking my dogs to HRAC for years and will continue to do so as long as I am in the area. Dr Anders is always very helpful and has so much patience with stressed-out pet owners

They have such love for the animals they see. I've been going there for years and am very satisfied with their level of care for my cat.

Been there multiple times. More on the pricey side, and common to have to wait. Unfortunate that I was running 10 minutes late for an appointment due to work and traffic (rainy day), so I called to let them know, and they said I would have to reschedule. Amazing since I've almost always waited 10-20 minutes each time I go. Frustrating since I had to cut a meeting short and leave work early to try and make the appointment anyway. They clearly don't need or want my business, so, I've decided to start going elsewhere.

20 minutes on and off hold to set a get-to-know-you appointment, and then the line went dead. First and last experience there.

Great front desk staff that truly love animals and talented vets. I bring both of my cats, and everyone is so kind and gentle with my babies.

Had an emergency and they were so accommodating. Dr. Even called to check in a few times in the following weeks.

I have been going to this animal clinic for years. I was there a month ago for our pets yearly exam. They didn't give one of the dogs his distemper and rabies shots that he was due for. When I called to ask why, they couldn't give me a reason and said I needed to come back and pay the $65 exam fee in addition to the shot fees. I said that didn't make sense and asked Jennifer on the phone for the person in charge. She hung up on me. I went there to address the vet and ask about the issue. She was out on a lunch break and another staff member said the exam fee wouldn't be waived and she didn't know why the dog wasn't given the shots. She explained to me that they were short staffed and customers have been very rude. I don't think asking a question is rude. And I don't think asking for the person in charge warrants a person to hang up on you. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I'm waiting on a call back from the vet to see if she can explain why the shots were not given during the exam. I will probably take my pets to a new vet. This was very disappointing.

Unfortunately COVID rules separating the animal owner from the examination room deprives the owner from a very important part of the treatment. Have they actually spent time with my pet?? Some vets were doing this before COVID showed up. Now they all get to do this. I had to give up my own face to face doctor and dentist visits. I guess my pet will also.

We were so lucky to have found Highlands Ranch Animal Clinic. The staff is so friendly, the doctors are caring, knowledgeable, and honest. Every interaction we've had has been outstanding.

Highlands Ranch Animal Clinic has an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our pup had a severe allergic reaction that presented as a firm mass on her paw. Throughout the treatment plan they provided top notch service, with Dr. Bleakley even calling us on her day off to check on the progress. They were able to get us in quickly in emergencies and were always prompt with exams and follow-up appointments. It's a ~20 minute drive as we moved after first choosing this office but well worth it for the care they gave our little Shiba.

We have been coming here for over 20 years. The docs and assistants are all very nice and professional. They even like our fluffy ball of hate.

We have used this clinic for all of our pets for the last several years. I just want to share with you our experience last week. Our daughter's guinea pig was sick and we knew it was probably the end (he was like 6 years old). We took her and the guinea pig to the clinic and the Dr. told us there was nothing left to do for Alfie so my daughter made the decision to put him down. They were literally best friends. I blame myself for not getting a quote, but when I checked out the total was $505. To put a guinea pig down! The gal asked me if I wanted an itemized receipt and I declined, as I had a hysterical 16-yr old with me and didn't want to question anything in front of her. The next week our Daughter received flowers, which was a very nice gesture. However, we are hoping our $505 didn't go to the flowers. We did order the ashes and paw print. A couple of weeks before that, we had to put our 17 year old dog Coco down in an emergency, after hours situation at another clinic that was open. To euthanize her it was a total of $362, with the ashes and paw print. Compare that to the guinea pig at $505 which is a devastating blow. We'll probably have to move our vet services somewhere else.

We have been seeing Dr Clow for over twenty years. She and her staff are excellent! We moved to Parker four years ago and my wife said we aren’t changing vets. She doesn’t care how far away they are. We have had five pups under Dr Clow’s care. She has taking care of all as if they were her own family! Thank you for all you do!!
