Do not use their paint department! Since 2020 we have bought over 30 gallons of paint from other Home Depot’s and never had issues like I did here. The girl who works there is very nice, that aside the man with the white buzzcut has been rude to me and others I work with many times. This is their idea of matching paints in the photo! It’s a color on their wall chart apparently you cannot order a gallon and a sample and have them match (why offer them then?) instead of admitting they made it wrong I was suggested to repaint the entire wall. What a joke! Want a paint sample use your own color swatch HD!Do better.

One of the best places (and one of only like 4) home improvement stores that exist across the entire country! Which means no matter what I say, I'll be ignored cause Corporate America is about as friendly as a rock! You get 5 stars for utterly being on my device to review at the right time and right place . If I ever go in here though, good chance that would be the last time, cause like everything else I write about, I hate them all and think horrible things should happen, like paving over this place and making it a skate park!! Much better than a gathering place for stuck up rudness from the highland ranchers!

My delivery came a week late, with zero updates from the 3rd party shipment company until the night before it arrived (11pm). The package was dumped unceremoniously on my main walkway still attached to two pallets. Leaving me to unbind, move the packages in, dispose of the binding materials, and now figure out where to get rid of two large pallets. You need to dump "Pilot" as a shipping company, as they clearly have no idea how to operate.

Huge shoutout to Ethan! I wanted to buy a Halloween prop that I didn’t think would fit in my car at the moment, so I asked a woman at customer service if I could buy it and pick it up the next day. She immediately just said no and that was it. Ethan was fortunately nearby and heard me, then gave me the option of purchasing it through will call and was beyond pleasant during the whole experience. I picked it up the next day no problem! He obviously cares a ton about the customer and everything he did was so appreciated. Give that man a raise!

Their trees are terrible. Planted 7 and dug big holes, used root starter and right amount of water. 5 of 7 died. Replaced 1 under warranty but the others crapped out after warranty ran out. With all the down trees this summer, I'm sure they'll sell a ton but I'll be headed to the nursery down the road.

The store itself has a decent selection. We stop here quite a bit for hardware or gardening supplies. Only problem I've had is finding what I'm looking for. Half the time I get pointed to the wrong area of the store, or the employee doesn't know what I'm talking about (tap and die?). Usually have to just use their website to answer my own questions.

I love this store but I think that the quality and number of sales helpers has decreased over the years. When I have a question, I have to hunt down a salesperson, and then wait for him to finish with the customer who already has him. Sometimes they give me the wrong aisle for what I'm looking for after all that waiting. I do like the store, still. It has a big selection of anything to improve your house.

The Hime Depot is my go to place for just about everything. The staff at this location is excellent and each member seems to know where everything is at. Great customer service.

It amazes me how this location is so often out of inventory on so many products while Park Meadows or Wadsworth (Littleton) have plenty of stock. It never fails. To top it off, they love to have aisles closed on weekends as they pull down and shuffle inventory. I’m sorry but you’ve got to find a way to not do that during the middle of the day on a Saturday.

I have never been treated like this at a Home Depot, and I could not be more pleased with the excellent service here! All associates went above and beyond from the minute I walked in until I left the parking lot. Tim, the cashier, referred me to the Rental Department for assistance with a flat tire that I noticed in the parking lot. Pedro and Teagan assisted with getting me back on the road. Management was very considerate of the customer and employee experience beyond checkout. All employees that helped out with changing my tire and providing drinks on a hot day go to show how you cannot go wrong with anything you need here!Best customer experience and I will be happy to return to this store.

I am beyond happy! When I got here I got pretty nervous because they were not sure if they had the swamp cooler in stock for me to pick up today even though I had called and asked first. I asked Jack to help me go over to the area since he knew where they were. Not only did he show me where they were, which YAY, they had the one I was looking for in stock, but he also went and got me a cart, put the big swamp cooler on the cart for me, bring me up and then helped me get it into the car! Full service for sure!! I'm very happy

We come to this HD frequently for our home DIY needs. This review is specially for getting wood cuts. The men that help with wood cuts are consistently rude and do not offer the customer service we expect at HD. We come prepared with it measured and marked so all they have to do is cut and they act like it is the biggest inconvenience.
