A new associate at this location showed lack of care and attention to detail for my daughter’s return. Name misspelled, employer, email info, and address were all inputted incorrectly. We were waiting days for the email confirmation to complete the return, but due to the multiple errors we did not. Thankfully, she was not available when at my scheduled appointment and I was able to review, fix, and file everything correctly with Acacia. Definitely, unacceptable for the additional money you pay to use their services and the peace of mind you believe you are getting using H&R Block.

While ultimately our tax returns were filed successfully and accepted, the H&R Block tax agent was rude, spoke over us, did not turn to greet us upon arrival and remained focused on his computer back turned toward us, lacked basic customer service skills. Explained tax processes as if we were experts and not laymen, which was totally lost. We would speak and he would interrupt us without us being able to finish a sentence.
Furthermore, prior to my appointment, the HR block advisers and system advised me to pre upload my documents, which I learned from the adviser during my in person appointment, they considered as chargeable hours, which I did not agree or consent to, especially after scheduling an in person consultation. Been utilizing HR block for 10 years; only takes one poor experience to tarnish it all. Won’t be utilizing HR block again.

Terrible. No help whatsoever. I e-filed my taxes with them in July. Still waiting on my refund. Was no longer able to sign into the emerald card app, so I made an appointment. Was told there was nothing they could do. So, I feel like anything that they have done, I could have done myself. The money I paid them was just a donation to h&r block. And so, yeah, I paid them to do absolutely nothing.

Bob is incapable of doing his job you have to remind him on every page what it is he's doing then when it's all done he puts your money on a card he didn't give you. If I could give negative stars I would. Never going to he block again.

My girlfriend and I went in today since we were having issues getting our taxes filed through Turbo Tax. We were concerned that we owed a large amount of money in taxes and couldn’t figure out why. We scheduled an appointment and met with Ed today.Ed was very helpful and was able to explain everything to us. Not only that, but we did NOT owe anything after Ed figured everything out for us. It was quick, informative and painless.Great experience and will return to see Ed in the future.

Set up an appointment and my tax guy was a no show.Had to go across town to another office to get taxes done.Was not impressed with the overall process.I'll probably be going elsewhere next year.

We have been using Block advisers for many years for our taxes. They always do an outstanding job and help us to save as much money as possible. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and have been super helpful!

I walked in and the lady at the front desk acted like I was inconveniencing her for my business , no "hello there!" She just looked annoyed and didn't talk until I initiated, my appointment was at 11 am and I was on time , she proceeded to tell me to take a seat while the woman I had scheduled an appointment with was basically thinking her conversation with her co-worker was more important than helping me, and they were talking loudly so I could tell it wasn't very time sensitive as I sat there in silence. ALSO WAY OVERPRICED I feel ripped off, I was clearly upset about the price they were charging me and she was just like "yeahhhhhh......" like she knew but didn't care. Not going back
