Absolutely awful, Deborah Streeter apparently never filed my taxes. On top of that they’re asking me to pay the fees again after I had signed off on H&R Block to receive the returns, take their fees out and then direct deposit the rest. Not only did Deborah not actually file my taxes, they have now “lost” my banking information that I have used 4 other times with them. They are refusing to file the returns that are now late unless I pay them upfront and also apparently when they file and receive the returns to be paid twice in total. I have spent all day playing phone tag with random locations and still have not gotten any further to filing my now late taxes. Also Deborah apparently does not work after April 15th so that’s been a blast trying to get a hold of the exact person who ‘assisted’ me.

This location in highlands ranch is very popular ran. I do a walk in waited 2 hours to be seen was never seen. Didn't get anything done did a drop off. Never heard back from them is been 2 weeks now. I called to get an appointment for Friday. Call this morning for the appointment to confirm and my appointment magical disappeared. This is so disappointing . Never had this much trouble with H&r block.

They will not amend/ file schedule c. Seems like these guys get a commission from butchering your taxes and refusing to take any deductions. I’m pretty sure this not so nice old lady lied to me face and I do not appreciate it.

The online software had a missing document that I needed. I downloaded a version, which was better, but I still didn't feel comfortable with my very complicated return. I finally went into a nearby office on a Sunday and an analyst saw me right away. He ended up starting from scratch because none of the software versions can transfer data from one to the other. This was my third time trying to get my taxes done with HRB, so you can imagine my frustration level at this point.That said, the third time was the charm, as my return was finished and filed in a timely manner. I was able to relax because I felt that all my questions were adequately answered and that the final return was done correctly. He was honest about situations that merited his asking questions of his mentor to be sure our approach was the correct one. I appreciated this thoroughness. Gurney Thompson was a lifesaver for me!I normally do my own taxes and am pretty knowledgeable but I had sold two rental properties and bought replacement ones. The tax consequences could be significant if this is not handled correctly and I was getting conflicting answers from others before going to HRB. I was always treated with respect and courtesy by everyone there. I'm happy that in my year of need, the people of HRB came through for me relatively late in the game.

In a July I visited this office to ask a question and was told it would need to be researched. I checked in several times and was told they would get back to me. I have used the tax program since it was Tax Cut in the early 90's. The lack of consern by H&R Block now that it is past my due date and NEVER contacted me means I will NEVER recommend them again as anyone to do your taxes. Guess Turbo Tax should get my business. They just want your money and forget about customers service.
