Pharmacist Victoria is amazing. She always gives me tips on on my medicine or any injuries. They reach out to me as needed to inform me of medications. Off all the pharmacies I have used they have been the most useful and knowledgable. They truly seam to care.

My husband and I moved to Highlands Ranch in Sept, 2023. On average we fill 4 prescriptions monthly. We’ve never had a problem. All the staff have been consistently professional & friendly. An example is Molly. Given how busy this pharmacy is, it is very possible that what customers deem as rudeness is more likely a quick response from the staff to questions rather than a patient and lengthy explanation.

I love this store and have been going here for years but was denied service today while trying to buy lighter fluid even though i'm 19 years old. super disappointed because normally i meet the friendliest cashiers and checkout attendants but i got a very rude attendant with red hair and square eyebrows i didn't catch her name who dismissed me immediately. Went to 7/11 after and got what i needed in 30 seconds. Very disappointed.

worst pharmacy ever. pharmacist are rude and have you waiting around without saying anything. never have the prescriptions you need and try to get you to go to the hospital pharmacy which i know that’s not the case for a canker sore medicine. will never be taking my prescriptions to them. i should’ve learned the first time. THEY SUCK

I have been on the hunt for a very specific brand and type of pickles! This King Soopers came to the rescue. You see my pickle connoisseur friends were hard up for some horseradish pickles. Mr. H located them here and off I went. They were present it on the shelf perfectly, and I could tell they were ready to come home with me. It takes a special kind of grocery store to know to carry the right stuff. They also have a fabulous bakery and I shop here all the time for desserts Keep those pickles in stock, and I will keep coming back !

The staff at this pharmacy have been consistently rude any time I have filled a prescription. I have had rude comments made about my prescriptions. I have been cut off mid sentence while explaining why I am calling. I have been blatantly ignored by all staff while waiting to get my prescription. Truely, remarkably terrible service. For a team of people there to help others it is clear they have no interest in doing so.

We have been KS customers since 1994. I have been in the grocery businesswith 33yrs of retail and wholesale management experience. This store needsnew leadership. Went today, the customer service counter is closed for theday.....self-serve checkout is a joke. LInes snaking down the aisles, no roomto go around, people trying to get through, two "head cashiers" runningback and forth like Keystone Cops. And this company wants to buy another grocery chain???? Do we really want more of this disaster? I encourage everyone to go to another store. I have seen this scene going on for over 6 months now. I finally decided to vent. FR

I deal with doctors, medical assistants and healthcare professionals on a weekly basis due to having rheumatoid arthritis, two different forms of lupus, Raynaud’s disease, Sjogren’s, scoliosis and a rare neurological disorder that makes basic day-to-day activities sometimes difficult. There is an employee at this pharmacy location named Shelby who enjoys playing a bully to the battered and who holds an uncanny skill of making customers feel even worse than before, when they’re already unwell. She is in a state of perpetual exasperation when asked to refill a bottle of pills and has treated me and my husband the same way—both on the phone and in person. The friendlier team members who work at the same location are unfortunately overshadowed by the unprofessional and unwelcoming nature of this particular individual. When a person is sick, sleep deprived, in pain, or anxious for possible upcoming scans and tests, kindness from a pharmacy team member can make all the difference in the world. Anyone who’s been sick in their life can tell you it’s a lonely experience, and that feeling of being ostracized is even more pronounced when dealing with workers like Shelby who make one feel not only like an inconvenience but a blurred number among many. No one chooses a life of disease or disability. And what if someone grappling with a new diagnosis calls in and happens to be struggling with suicidal thoughts? Where is the grace and compassion for hurting humans in need of help? I would strongly recommend members of the ranch community in need of a safe dependable pharmacy to look elsewhere and save themselves the grief or any hurt feelings. Kindness is free but priceless. And so powerful.

This is the best King Soopers around. I go past another KS to get to this one to shop. Good selection, lots of organic produce and great staff in the deli.

This pharmacy is THE worst. Never have medication ready after 36 hours. And when you arrive it is not ready OR most times they don't have the medication. Save your time and go somewhere else. They are worthless and zero customer service

After taking a single trip through the store looking for a specific item, employee rudely asked if we were actually buying something otherwise we should get out. Terrible customer service.

This place is absolutely awful the King Soopers on Quebec in Highlands Ranch. If you have a small basket of things they never have their two self-serve sections opened they have everything lit up but you can't use six of their cash/checkout machines. It is unacceptable and I have to believe that there's other King supers that deliver a higher level of service and this is freaking pathetic. Management should be ashamed of themselves

We have used the pharmacy here at Kings for 20+ years. My husband tried to pick up my script Sunday evening. It closed at 5:00. Then I wanted to pick it up early the next morning. Pharmacy doesn't open till 9:00 a.m. OK. Hours are hours. The next day I ran by & there was a clerk closing the big gate over the pharmacy. I said this is our 3rd time to attempt to pick this up hoping she would be helpful. She rudely informed me that they close for lunch every day at 1:00. As I walked away I saw it was exactly 1:00. Not very helpful or service oriented. So very disappointed.
