I got here at 10:53 and the doors were locked. Very upsetting when the hours say 11:00 but they locked does at 10:50. I just needed to grab 1 thing of pedialite for my son. I would have been in and out before it was 11:00. YOU NEED TO ADJUST YOUR HOURS ON THE DOOR IF YOU'RE GOING TO CLOSE SOONER

Wrong prices almost every time we shop here. The person manning the checkout area twice when I've shopped there barely speaks any English. It's impossible to communicate with her. I'm done shopping at this location. King Soopers makes it so difficult to get your sale priced. Especially for seniors. Their app is ridiculous

This King Soopers doesn’t have as many healthy options as other King Soopers in Colorado that I’ve been to. The store was clean and everybody was friendly. I personally will avoid this one because I can’t find real/healthy food that the other stores carry. They also carry more plastic compared to glass containers for drinks, honey, etc. I went in for a healthy iced coffee and a quick lunch, I walked out empty-handed after trying to read through all of the garbage ingredients. I wish mega corporations thought about the health of America over every penny they can make to increase profits. These mega corporations are one of the major reasons why America is so sick.

The service and selection at this store have really gone down. If I have to go to Safeway to get what I couldn't at KS I might as well just start at Safeway. The guy in the meat department is rude and doesn't know much about their product and why close the meat dept at 7PM when working people don't even get home until then. They make it too hard to shop there.

I met the dumbest person I've ever come across. It happened today at the deli inside the kingsoopers I shop at. I asked her for 5 bags of 3/4 lbs London Broil roast beef, very thin cut. She was very slow and busy, so I was being as nice a possible. She came back to me with only one bag of what I asked for. I thought she was asking if this was correct, before making the other 4. I got the notion that she thought she had fulfilled my order.....So I held up the bag and said 5 of these bags.....Five total. She nodded her head as if to say, I understand. She asked for the bag back, (Which now I know why) I thought to give them all to me at once. I also let her help other customers before coming back to mine since my order would prlly take her a bit. About 30 min later, she finishes with other customers and finishes my order, and hands me that same single bag with only 5 total slices of beef in it. I damn near popped off. Instead I said "I give up" and walked off after taking other prepped meats from the stand.
So basically here's what she did. I say I want 5 bags of cheetos. She gives me one bag. I say these are the cheetos I wanted, but I want 5 bags of cheetos. So she takes the bag she gave me, opens it up, and hands me 5 single cheetos. Idk if dumb, or if she was an absolute master class at trolling me on purpose.
Larry, the Assistant Manager, took my complaint very professionally. I harbor no ill will and will continue to shop there. This Kingsoopers is normally satisfactory.

I recently had a wonderful experience at King Soopers that truly brightened my day. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere.
