Their floral department is terrible. The flowers are wilted and old. The lady I asked about it could not have cared less. Why have a floral department at all if you’re just gonna sell garbage and not care.

This store is constantly out of stock of items, lines are always long as self check out isn't ran properly and never any checkers, stop shopping here as their coupons especially digital ones are always wrong and have to have assistance to get them to work which is why lines are long. Switch to Safeway like we did and enjoy shopping again. This has to be the worst run King Soopers

This store is below the already low expectations of King Soopers. It is small and has very limited selections and product. The management is generally surly . And they won’t honor rain checks given from other nearby King Soopers locations despite the rain checks saying they’re good at all locations. I am now driving three times as far to avoid this store.

Good, clean store. The U-scan works well, assuming you know what you are doing. One thing I don't like: you have to read the sale signs very carefully to avoid getting scammed. They are designed to make you think you are getting a sale price when you actually won't. Read every word on those signs!

My actual rating is 2-1/2 stars overall. Some trips rate a three, some a two. If I’m just getting french bread, 1 star. What has happened to the bakery? Not just this one but all stores. Does anyone know how to bake bread anymore? Specifically french bread. Undercooked, overcooked, misshapen, super wide in the middle, small dense baguette size. And most annoying: full of air holes. Try making grilled cheese sandwiches or spreading mayonnaise or mustard with large holes in each slice. I remember a time when warm aromatic loaves of quality french bread in open ended paper bags up in the front of the store was the norm. The beauty of those golden brown consistently perfect sized loaves is lost to history apparently. Can King Soopers hire pedigreed bread makers please. If they’re gonna charge $2.49 a loaf shouldn’t the current bakery crew be better than pathetic?

A few weeks ago we purchased a cherry pie at this location. We went through the full service check out. When we got home, we noticed our teenage bagger (I believe his name was Forest Gump) had put the fresh baked cherry pie in our shopping bag VERTICALLY. Evidently he'd never heard of gravity in his multiple years in high school. As you would expect the pie was completely destroyed. I contacted KS corporate customer service immediately and when they responded a WEEK later they said we needed to take the destroyed pie back to get store credit. By that time we'd thrown away the pie because it was destroyed. If you are letting KS employees bag your groceries, I'd recommend you supervise them to avoid damage. Sad to see something this simple be so challenging.

1 checkout stand open. Huge line. Half of self checkout closed as always. Line reaches back of store.

The putrid stench that has always been present but not too overbearing has grown out of control. Utterly vile.
