We bought a car today and whenever we got to the finance part the man that helped us, Cam was awesome he was very kind and easy to talk to and made the process very enjoyable! He is awesome at his job and made us want to comeback next time we buy a car!

Title: Poor Title Processing, Rude Finance Staff, and Ongoing Registration Issues
My experience with this dealership has been extremely frustrating and disappointing from the very beginning. When I first started the purchase process, the finance person was extremely rude, making unnecessary comments like “good luck getting a better rate at your credit union.” He even mentioned that he had an 800+ credit score and couldn’t get the rate I was seeking, yet I did obtain that rate through my bank with no problem.
The issues only continued after the sale. The title processing was a complete disaster, and communication followed that trend. I spoke with Alex by email, who failed to provide any help. I then called and spoke with Travis, who promised a manager would contact me, that call never came. The dealership offered a list of excuses, from blaming the county to claiming they had lost their title person. I also spoke with Jay, who sent me to a generic voicemail that was never returned, and reaching out to my salesperson was not as productive as it should have been.
It took two temporary tags before I was finally able to register my vehicle. When the registration was finally processed, I found out the dealership failed to list my bank as the lienholder. Because of that error, my bank has now flagged my loan as a personal loan at a higher rate, and I have to take a day off work to visit the DMV myself to get it corrected.
Overall, this entire experience has been unprofessional and disappointing. From the rude finance department to the careless title processing and lack of follow-through, I would strongly caution others.

I have been a regular customer for all my maintenance for the last 10+ years and always had the best experience. Not sure if it is the new ownership or simply hiring incompetent customer service reps, but my last experience was absolutely horrible. I was given an estimate over the phone and then in writing. Dropped off my car for the service and then had to call twice for an update since Dawson did not care to update me. At pick up I was met by a very unpleasant lady who stated that I owed $200 over the quoted price. Upon my request for clarification she proceeded to change the reason at least 3 times and then since there was no manager on duty asked me to continue my dispute with Dawson who had been the rep I was initially working with. This is where it got straight up bizarre. He told me that he can not change anything since he will lose his job and proceeded to try to convince me that the additional charge was for labor that was unexpected. I asked what was the unexpected service and I was told that it takes 4 hours, yes 4 hours to machine 4 rotors. I am sorry but I was beyond shocked at the lies that I was being told. So bottom line I had $100 something in parts and $580 in labor that apparently was not enough so they added the additional $200. It was funny for a minute, but I am so sorry to say that this level of incopetence is beyond unacceptable. Nobody ever reached out to me for a follow up with my issue. Please save yourselves the trouble and use another Nissan service place because this place has gone downhill faster than Linday Vaughn.

Incredibly amazing. I went to this place in serious need of a new car. This place made it happen not only fast, but with welcoming and just awesome service. Tony, Alex Z. and Jim Lopez made its actually fun to work with them (although everyone there seemed just as great.) I genuinely left pleased with my purchase as well as the time I spent there.
