I had a great experience working with sales, as well as working with the management to purchase my new car. Lorena Walsh, the salesperson, answered my questions and helped me make the right decision when I bought the car I wanted. The dealership manager, Lou Haddad, helped me several times to fix the body protection package I bought from the dealership at the time of purchase, and made the buying experience stress free.I had a great experience working with this dealership. I wanted to buy a car from a dealership in another state because of their deals, but my experience with the Nissan dealership staff during the test drive made me change my mind, so I decided to buy locally despite the price difference. Although I don't live near this dealership, based on my recent experience with them, I will continue to get my Nissan maintenance done there. I highly recommend their dealership to others as well.

Wonderful experience with Jim Lopez last night while purchasing our new car. He was very helpful, VERY patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products Nissan offers. He listened to all of our needs and features we wanted. He then helped us sift through all the options that met that criteria and narrowed it down to 2 that fit the bill. We test drove both cars and he showed us the great features we didn’t know we had available in them. After we decided which one we wanted, he introduced us to the parts and service staff for when the car needs maintenance or repairs. He explained the benefits of using Nissan approved mechanics and parts to keep our new car in tip top shape for a long time. Overall a 10 star experience but this will only let me give 5 stars unfortunately. Highly recommend seeing Jim Lopez and his team at Nissan, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing dealer! I shopped around a lot before deciding to go with them and I’m so glad I did because they walked me through the entire process with so much patience and care. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and help me get the perfect car for me. This was the only dealer I felt I could fully trust and the entire team worked together and took good care of me, from the beginning to the end of the process- and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Well, it’s never a fun day when you learn your tire has a nail in the side wall, unpatchable. Matt, the GM, and Samantha, in service, scrambled to help me find a tire in Boulder. Then sent a driver there and got me back on the road safely, after I was driving with only 10% PSI

After a wasted Saturday at Woodmen Nissan where we only got the run around, we popped over to this location where they got us in and out in two hours and locked in 3.9% for me on the Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition! The whole team was great. Ask for Jeff in sales!

The team was incredibly supportive and always willing to assist with any questions I had throughout my purchasing process. I never felt any pressure, and every interaction was genuinely enjoyable. The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. I normally don't fully enjoy the car buying experience because it feels like I am being manipulated into buying situations I don't want. But this experience felt like I was in charge of my decisions. The dealer worked with me to get the pricing I asked for in order to pay my car note comfortably, and the entire process was efficient and enjoyable.

Jeff, James, and Scott were amazing. I can't even begin to explain how helpful and patient they were. Jeff reached out bc I was inquiring. Very patient, understanding knowledgeable and all around nice. He wasn't pushy. I came in looking for a truck and ended up leaving with an suv. He showed me about 6 vehicles as i kept changing my mind. He never once complained. He was awesome whole process through. James was awesome as well. Very helpful with the Financials of it all and explained everything thoroughly. Scott did great with financially paperwork and explaining everything I was signing. Great experience all around.

Easy to do business with. The sales manager Lou, the sales people Ashley and Jeanine were knowledgeable and helpful. There wasn’t any high pressure sales tactics. The finance person Jillian was excellent. It was really nice to see women employees in a sales dealership. We purchased our vehicle at the right price and received a great trade value. My wife who hates buying vehicles actually enjoyed working with everyone. We highly recommend them.

I made an appointment for an oil change because I received an email with a coupon. I made an appointment at 2 o’clock and I sat in the waiting room for over two hours before getting any information about my car. At that time I was given the option to add over $1300 in repairs. I know that a diagnostic was included with the oil change, but having to wait two hours past my scheduled appointment time to get that information was extremely excessive. Had I known that it was going to take over three hours total out of my day for a simple oil change, I absolutely would have gone somewhere else regardless of the discount in the email I received. I will say that Autumn was very pleasant and I enjoyed working with her. However, based on this experience, I will not be bringing my car back for maintenance to Larry H Miller.
