Thad the sales guy was very nice, he accommodated a late realization that I was upgrading to a king and forgot we needed a base but he made the whole order right and easy with next day delivery.

Nox was very helpful for us as we were evaluating the best mattress. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Not pushy at all, helped us understand the different aspects of beds, the new technology, and understand why our back pain was being caused. Appreciate the help Nox!!
