Next level service at this dealership. A pleasure to buy a car here.

Ashley and the Service team at Mike Ward Alfa are bar raisers. It was the best experience I've had in 15 years of Alfa ownership. My uncle gave me sound guidance when I bought my first Alfa 20+ years ago: Find a reputable service team first. I did the same this second time around. Highly recommended!

Big props to Jeffery Myers. Was interested in a relatively rare vehicle that his dealership had for sale. I'm sure there was a lot of interest in the car because it was VERY well priced. Jeffery was a pleasure to work with. Instantly answered all my questions, pointed out the most minor of flaws, and sent personalized photos and videos. Unfortunately, I missed out on this particular vehicle but I would not hesitate to do business with Jeffery Myers in the future.

Ashley Otto and the team in the service department were awesome. Brought my car in for service, they had a loaner ready for me and communicated through the entire process. Thank you so much for making this experience friendly and seamless!

I'm very disappointed with this dealership service I always bring my Lamborghini to do the service dear , but at this time I brought a Maserati 2003 needs a key and I have the the car with them for 8 months and two month ago. I came and talked to the service and they said we working on it and when I went there today they said the same thing we working on it and never never never touch it all what I'm asking is my key to take my car back , but now the car has a flat tires and I think he's not gonna start because the battery in an hour and a car always put in the garage now been eight months outside in the parking lot and then don't take care of it how they supposed to be

I had an amazing experience with Ashley in the service department. Communication is key to everything and I was always being updated on my vehicle no matter what it was. I appreciate her time and help! She is truly wonderful!

Terrible experience. The salesperson I worked with would never follow up, never provided clear numbers. We went to pick up our car and it was not ready (dirty) and had a dent. The lease numbers were wrong. We ended up leaving with no car. The most unprofessional dealership I have interacted with.

I bought my Maserati from Mike Ward a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Jeff Myers was my salesman and he was great!! He explained everything to me about the cars and in the end, found the perfect one!! I would highly recommend and if you're getting any kind of sports car at Mike Ward, work with Jeff!!

Good customer service from Noah in the service department. The issue was fixed under warranty. They even have a complimentary wash, will return.

Unfortunately, I have to give te service department a less than stellar review. Although the team was very professional in appearance and conversation, they lacked the ability to fix an issue after weeks of having my vehicle on two separate occassions. The department manager was extremely caring (after the first attmept to locate and repair the issue) and understanding, but after I drove the car with a technician (who immediately noticed the problem), the issue was still not rectified after having the car for another 10 days. I find it hard to believe this team works on luxury vehicle's mechanical and electrical systems, but could not fix a simple vibration. I am no longer in the Denver area, and will now have to pay again for an assessment and repair estimate at a local dealer.

When you’ve had 8-9 new cars in 1.5 years, and work in the industry, the dealer experience is key. After looking for a couple of months into “what ONE $100k or less vehicle could replace TWO I have now…” and my previous Jeep dealers weren’t being overly proactive, I remembered a rare crazy “SUV…” the Stevlio Quadrifoglio could be a fun option. Fast forward. Colorado only has ONE Alfa dealer, and it’s Mike Ward. From online inquiry to multiple follow up calls, Josh Ackerman nailed it. A late Friday afternoon “YES! It’s here, my name is Josh, I’ll be here, and I can help…” Multiple visits later, as I was unsure on red (but it worked out), Josh helped with every step, including staying late (sorry!), and an extra sale of one of my trades to a local friend. Truly great place, fun even to hang out at on weekends for their once a month Supercar Saturday, and Josh and the team at Mike Ward are only a call or text away for anything needed. Alfa to Aston to Lambo to Rolls, and a full insane compliment of pre-owned, it’s a place worth visiting and the team rocks. Thanks again, Josh and Mike Ward team. Great place, and worth a visit—ask for Josh.

I own a 2006 DB 9 with 26,000 miles. I decided to sell the car. A potential buyer ordered a PPI from AM in Denver. He was told by the mechanic that the car needed a new clutch (without knowing the clutch was replaced at another Aston Martin Dealer when she had 20K on her). When told AND presented with the paperwork, the clutch was replaced at 20K miles from another Aston Martin Dealership on the East coast. The buyer contacted the Service Department in Denver and tried to speak to the mechanic. The mechanic said he couldn't talk on the phone. I did more research. The AM Service Technician for Aston Martin Denver has only been servicing Aston Martin for less than 3 years. Before working on Aston Martin, the technician was doing work on Infinity and Nissan. Could you trust your AM to a person with this background? When the potential buyer spoke to the service manager, he said he didn't know what happened, but when he drove it, it was fine. Unlike Terhar Motors, these guys are giving out erroneous information to benefit their pocket book.

Mike Ward is so kind and humble. His staff is the same. They are all wonderful there. We are truly grateful for all of them. My son is 13 and loves their cars. They welcome Aedyn every time with open arms. We drive from Colorado Springs a couple times a month. I’m learning so much about cars from my son and everyone there. Thank you Mr. Ward for welcoming us every time and your awesome car shows. Super Car Saturday is always epic! ?❤️?

I would like to say it started off fine and very quickly fell apart . I bought a car nearly 45 days ago, was promised my volume knob would be fixed and a spare key would be provided and I still have neither. They hadn’t updated the firmware on the vehicle before selling it so now I have a 60k dollar car with no CarPlay which has been standard for years now. Sales stopped caring before the deal was done. Overall I would say if you can, pass on Mike Wars dealerships as a whole. Noah and the other service writer have been pretty disappointing
