It was my first time visiting Noir. It was quiet for a Friday evening. However, we received excellent customer service from the lovely lady who served us. The hookahs were clean. The atmosphere was chill and comfortable. It was an overall good experience.

Ordered hookah, Christmas , called and asked what time they close and she said 9pm we got there little after 7pm, She made us feel rushed after asking for coals again around 8 she said this a last one these coals are big, like she didn’t want to be there we just left after few mins. No mint lemonade only cans and bottles.
