My family and I ordered 7 meals to go today. A young kid employee was very rude and impatient to help us answer some questions. We took the food home and everyone ate. 3 out of 7 of us got sick. The three who did we all narrowed it down to believing it was the shrimp. 5 hours later 2 of us is still hurting really bad. Hopefully it will not result for the need to go to a hospital.

We do family take out meal a couple times a month and it's always great! I order ahead on the app and it's ready quickly!

Cindy and her coworker were KILLING it tonight with speedy service. We’re regulars here and there’s almost never a line, service is quick, and the place is clean.

Ordered teriyaki chicken and orange chicken and only got 1 order of orange chicken, got charged for 2 entrees, and received one. Very dissapointing for a 29 dollar bill. Wish it could be reimbursed but no answer at the store.

Beware, they close the dining room and blame it on staffing issues. How do you make money when you’re always closed? Make the drive to the other Highlands Ranch one don’t waste your time here unfortunately.

I ordered online for drive thru. When I arrived they told me I need to come inside to get my food. It was kinda weird and got an attitude about from the guy at the window like I was a really bad inconvenience. I went inside and as I got in I was handed 1 bag of food and my drinks. They told me there is your food. After I left and got home I realized half of my food was missing. I called them and they told me it was my fault because I didn’t grab it.. when it was essentially handed to me when I got in there. No one told me there was more. Luckily they refunded that portion of the order but I won’t be back. The employees and customer service is horrible.

Pretty good location, they move the line fast and usually have all of the menu items ready to go at dinner time. The only thing that could improve is if they could dedicate one person to drive thru, so they didn't have to talk to in-store people at the same time.

I went to order three takeout dishes with chicken tariyaki and none of the three dishes included chicken, I had to go back to the store again, I practically lost the time I have for my lunch just going back and forth to the store twice and They didn't even offer me a complimentary drink because of their mistake that they made and they returned the three boxes of food to me just like that and I had to return them to them so that at least they would put it in a bag and give me some sauces

I brought my 46 sons and 3 daughters to meet the panda hereIt doesnt live up to its name. But it turns out this restaurant is a scam. What a rip off.
