Though I have a Petco just 10 minutes from where I live, I prefer to go to a store 30 minutes away because of Marissa. She answers all my questions and helps me choose the right products for my pet. Marissa rocks! Her customer service skills are incredible.

My order was perfect! The item was exactly as described online, ready for pick up within 2 hours as stated and I didnt even wait 2 mins for the curbside pickup!!

I just took my boy Nyx here, the vet tech was a sweetheart!
she sat on the floor so Nyx could climb on her, she had cat tattoos so already I knew she loved cats and she was in the right place to work! He instantly loved her. She even searched the parking lot with me when i lost my keys.
And when the doctor came in she was amazing as well, so friendly and wasn't rushing me like many other places. She was very patient even after my cat scratched her and also the vet tech because he's a fat sassy boy.
She went over the ingredients in my cats food with me just to see if he was getting the proper nutrition he needed (he was) because she cares about animals.
I will definitely be bringing them back here.
The pricing is amazing, the staff is amazing and overall an amazing place after having so many awful experiences with vets lately.

The employees are nice and I love bringing my dog here to get groomed. This Petco is a 5/5 the Vetco clinic is very pricy tho

Took my 2 year old cat here when he started acting sick, he was lethargic, wouldn't eat, and didn't look good. I'm a first time cat owner and had no idea what could've been wrong so I took him here in hopes to get answers. After running multiple blood tests ( one being a senior blood test for some reason) and costing me over 300$. They basically told me that he likely had FIP and we would have to euthanize him soon as there is no cure and it's 100% fatal. After sobbing for several hours I thought to call another vet and ask if they had any advice and they told me that there is an experimental drug ( it's not FDA approved in the US) that you can buy that treats FIP and to try it before euthanizing my cat. I went online and joined a Facebook group that got me treatment for my cat which saved his life. The reason I'm giving such a low review is that in my second appointment after his diagnosis and after running so many expensive tests -they told me to do my own research on FIP but still told me to basically put my cat to sleep and don't waste my money doing alternative treatment, they were aware that there's alternative treatment but didnt give me any info or support on my decision to try it. I understand that the vets can't fully endorse a drug that isn't technically approved in the US, but that drug saved my cats life. If you think your cat may have FIP, please take them to a better vet that actually informs you about your options and doesn't immediately go to euthanizing. I cant help but wonder how many other cat owners put their cats down when they didn't actually need to:(

Good place for pet food and toys. They do grooming at reasonable prices too.

Staff are friendly and making a return was easy. There's not always someone at the checkout counter and I've had to wait a minute or two a couple of times but otherwise, the store is great. Prices are comparable with other stores and Amazon.
