Credit union will attempt to destroy black credit union members lives. They don’t provide loans or services to help Black people. They deny us all the favors of a credit union. Canvas Credit Union recommended that I buy a car through Northern Auto Brokers one of their partners. They sell lemon vehicles. I am a gig worker who has four business accounts with Canvas Credit Union . As a member, you would think that having three business accounts, one personal account you would get treated with a little bit more dignity and respect because you are a member consistently putting money into your accounts. Northern Auto Brokers sold a Lemonade to me that canvas management referred me to the car after six months needed an engine. I’m no longer have a vehicle. My career and businesses have been completely and almost decimated due to Canvas Credit Union not having some form of warranty when it comes to buying cars from illegitimate auto brokers and dealerships that will fill lemons vehicles. Canvas credit union would not help me personally, nor did they try to give a loan to my businesses to help rectify the car that needed a new engine box from the car company that they recommended I go to after six months of purchasing the vehicle. Diabolically racist company, take your business elsewhere

We went to Canvas to witness a friend of ours signing some documents he is not a member. We were greeted at the door by Joanna who welcomed us and escorted us to a space where we could transact our business she is a notary and professionally walked us through the process explaining each step she was friendly and professional throughout our time. What a wonderful example of customer service in this age of self-help!!! I would highly recommend Canvas because of her!,Thank you Joanna!!

Frankie is the best banker! He is legit the coolest human in charge of money! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have been with Canvus CU for several years now and best banking service/company. This is the cleanest, best bank location!! Thank you!!

I came into the Branch to deposit a check. I was having a stressful day and in a hurry. The customer service agent who assisted me was not only kind and helpful, but he asked me about my day and why I was struggling. He offered me water and donuts. He joked with me and had me laughing. By the time I left my check was deposited and I was less stressed and my day had improved. The people at this branch don't just assist with banking; they take care of their customers on a whole different level. Really.

Meagan helped my boyfriend and I open our first joint accounts this weekend and it couldn’t have gone better. It was extremely easy, she was so great to talk to, and we left feeling heard. She followed up with us to make sure we got the app up and running and were able to use it. We have both never used a credit union before, and we’re so glad we decided to go to Canvas for our first credit union experience because it was soooo easy!

I've been a customer for more than 10 years and every year has been worse than the one before. These people have let me down for the last time. If you're interested in bad customer service, long wait times, and technology that is incompatible with most of the apps we use today; Canvas Credit Union may just be for you. Otherwise, I recommend steering clear of these guys. You've been warned.

This credit union used to be Public Service Credit Union. They have served my needs well for 25 years, without charging for checking account and with overdraft protection.

The lease paperwork for my car loan says that they allow up to 10 days to make a payment before charging a late fee. My bill is due on the 17th, I paid on the 27th. They charged the late fee because they decided to not process the payment. It is now the 29th and the payment still hasn't been processed. They refuse to remove the late fee because it's "not their fault". Also, the representative told me that since my loan is a lot of money and I'm paying more than the minimum that it shouldn't be a big deal then called me "dude". Totally unprofessional.
