Dawn, was over the top helpful prior to move-in and move-out. She explained things thouroughly; especially for move-out. I thought moving out would be somewhat problematic but between the two of us, it was well executed! Thank you Dawn.

I’m in the middle of selling my home while living in it and a storage unit made sense. My friend recommend this location to me and Cora was able to help me set everything up in less than 15 minutes. I am very grateful for her help!

Garbage experience. Rented for 13 months. My rent almost tripled in that time without anyone telling me that would happen. And my unit never had a light in it. Will never rent from Public Storage again. Scammers and liars.

My experience here at the Highlands Ranch facility was fantastic. I was a customer here for over 19 years. When I opened the door to my unit, it was as if I had just stored my items here. And it had been 19 plus years! The quality and customer service here has been truly exemplary! That's a huge credit to Cora. She was on top of every issue and always provided solutions. As a retired Marine, I know that leadership starts from the top. This facility and the great people who work here will always have my respect!

The website will take all my info but won't let me submit the final rental form. Legitimately the big, orange submit button doesn't work. Also, don't have an app if it's just going to take me to your poorly formatted website and the hidden fees are why I can't rate this above 1 star.
