Great staff and vets. They took amazing care of our stray cat Landey and helped get him healthy. Dr Clow even checked in on Landey daily to see how he was doing. I highly recommend any dr here as Landey has interacted with all of them.

DO NOT USE. Unethical. Unprofessional. Money hungry. I took my dog there for an injured leg on Jan 28th, 2021. The whole point was to get an x-ray which they never did "because they would have to sedate the dog". At the end of the appt I was told that they would prescribe some pain medication for she was obviously in pain but that they wouldn't actually give me the pain med without me paying for $173.00 for blood work first. The blood work had NOTHING TO DO with the pain medication, they just wanted the extra moolah $$$. I offered to sign a waiver saying that if anything happened to the dog because of the pain med they wouldn't be held liable. THEY WITHHELD and KIDNAPPED THE PAIN MED and refused to give it to me. I refused the unnecessary bloodwork and left the office. It was now 5:40pm. I sat in the parking lot trying to call my vet who closed at 5pm (and did not have an x-ray machine which is why I went to QHAC). I called another pet place that offers pain remedies but they couldn't accommodate my dog. So I was FORCED, COERCED, basically FINANCIALLY RAPED to pay the $173.00 for unnecessary blood work in order to get my dog the pain medication she desperately needed. Money comes before the care of the animals. Shame on Quebec Highlands Animal clinic!

Had a great experience here! Our dog had an ear infection and we couldn't get in to his regular vet so contacted this office and got right in. Everyone at Quebec Highlands Animal Clinic was caring and thorough. Baxter was fixed up in no time and felt better the next day!

I have been going to this vet clinic for the past 20 years. They are fabulous. The care and knowledge is unsurpassed and I am a picky pet owner with many questions. They take great care of me as well as my fur babies. Love them!

I have been going to this veterinary clinic for over 20 years. The pet care and their knowledge is unsurpassed. My pets are a huge part of my family and I would not take them anywhere else. Love this place and all the people who work there!

My dogs are my family and I have trusted Dr. Clow with their care for many years. She has been extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in not only preventative care, but also dental issues, surgical procedures, and multiple cancer treatments. The Quebec Highlands staff treats your pet as their own and I have appreciated the quality of care that my dogs have received there for over 20 years.

Have been a customer for 22 years. Small, personal vet experience...they get to know you and your pets. Caring and compassionate. Lovely employees. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't trust anyone with my older cat more than Dr. Clow and her staff. They are gentle, thorough, and accommodating. Dr. Clow clearly explains what is going on with diagnostic and treatment options, including all the pros and cons of each. By far the best veterinary practice I've been to!

My husband and I have been going to Quebec Highland for over 15 years. All our pets love the staff and especially Dr. Nina Clow, my yellow lab Mac used to think it was a party at the vet 's office. Dr.Clow is professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring . We have moved further away from their office but would never take our pets anywhere else. We are very grateful to have them .

I have been going to Quebec Highlands myself for over 13 years. My husband passed away and left me with two golden retrievers that I had no idea how to take care of because he did everything for them. When he passed the youngest one was not even 2 years old. I didn't even know if I wanted to keep her. With the help of the clinic I was able to move forward with both of my girls. The oldest was almost 15 and the other was 10 when I had to say goodbye to them. Now I have a new wonderful Goldendoodle who is 15 months old. When I got my Harry I called and took him right back to see Dr. Clow. The staff is also wonderful to work with. I would not go to another vet clinic in the area.

Friendly and efficient staff! The Veterinarian called the next day just to be sure my pet was improving. So impressed and pleased!
