Row House Highlands Ranch is the best row house I have ever been to. The members and coaches are extremely supportive. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey row house is the place to be!

The coaches & staff at Rowhouse Highlands Ranch are positive people who know how to motivate & inspire - They foster a fitness community providing individually set goals and healthy challenge. Rowing to awesome playlists with a group is fun!

I’ve been a member of Row House Highlands Ranch for almost a year now, and my only regret is not becoming a member sooner! It is a great workout and all the coaches are excellent and fun. It is a great community of people that support and celebrate each other. Go try your free first class and you will be hooked!

Row House is the best place to get a workout! The coaches and staff contribute to a fun experience all while making it a challenge! I really enjoy the theme rows that are offered weekly.Update: A year later and am still really loving Row House! If you like a great workout, awesome coaching, and a friendly environment - I definitely recommend giving Row House a try!

Rowhouse Highlands Ranch is great. I like the coaches and the classes are varied. I’ve also found that my knees don’t hurt as much walking up and down the stairs as they used to.25Oct23 - I also like that they have classes or open rows during lunch time. I work out over lunch and I have noticed that work doesn't seem to drag on after lunch.

Before I came to Row House, I had never taken a workout class in my life. After a few recommendations to try rowing from people who thought I would enjoy it - I was skeptical - I very reluctantly signed up.I’m now hooked on rowing and hooked on Row House.You can Google all of the reasons why rowing is a great exercise that produces unbelievable results. My body has completely transformed in a matter of months.How did I get hooked on Row House? There are many great things about the workout experience, the physical environment, the app and Apple Health integration. The single biggest reason, though, is the people. The coaches at Highlands Ranch are all fantastic. They are great teachers and motivators and extremely supportive. The members who you row alongside are just as supportive and welcoming. There is an established community here, which could be intimidating to join but for the quality of the people.This is such a pleasant surprise and one that has transformed my wellness and fitness journey. Do yourself a favor and give Row House Highlands Ranch a chance. I am so glad I did.

My wife Laurie and I love Row House Highlands Ranch! The coaching staff are very professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when it comes to proper rowing form, weight training, stretching, and helping to reach your fitness goals. Most welcoming gym I have ever been to!! The owner Anne goes out of her way to know the members and all the staff always greets everyone with a smile an warm hello! All the members are so encouraging and cheer everyone else on for even small accomplishments! I always leave feeling lighter than I felt when I arrived. Between the AMAZING workout and community you are part of for the time you’re in class you can help but want to come back!!

I love everything about Row House Highlands Ranch. I don't love cardio. I don't even like cardio but this doesn't feel like working out. The coaches are outstandingly kind, encouraging and uplifting and knowledgable. They, along with the owner, Anne, are the foundation of this community and the community here is like nothing I've ever experienced. We all support and cheer each other on. It doesn't matter if you're a first-timer or meeting a massive milestone, you are celebrated and supported.I tried RHHR because I needed a low-impact exercise for a knee and low back injury. Rowing has helped my low back tremendously and I don't even feel my knee issue while rowing. I took a free trial class and signed up for an unlimited membership on my second visit. I mean, I came back...to a place that I would do cardio...in a group setting. The energy and community at RHHR was the reason. This place is truly for anyone of level of fitness. All shapes, sizes, abilities, you are welcome here.
