Super friendly and thorough. Dropped my car in the morning (highly recommend an early appointment). They said it would take only a few hours but were able to complete a windshield replacement in 90 minutes. Great staff, great service.

It's been nearly a month since I paid for a new windshield and they still havnt fixed it right. They refuse to use anything but cheap Mexican glass and 2 windshields in a row have been defective. I want my $ back. Never going safelite again

If you have a sprinter van stay away from these guys! No good deed goes unpunished. I rent my RV and the renter insisted of repair the damage and chose Safelite, the 1st day it was scheduled was a bust because safelite had ordered the wrong windshield even with the VIN#. At that point the should have also noticed they didn’t have the equipment to do the required calibration- but apparently they aren’t that experienced. Fast forward to second drop off where they needed the vehicle all day so I organized a pick up ride and return - they called 4 hours later to notify me they couldn’t actually do the calibration and I’d have to take it to the dealership. But the windshield was replace. The calibration required an additional 1/2 day at the dealership waiting for it to get calibrated. No compensation for wasting my day, the mileage to/from dealership- the response was “we credited the calibration”. Then they wanted me to sign a release stating the vehicle hadn’t been calibrated and they weren’t responsible for any damage! Awesome! Lucky I have a relationship with Mercedes of Westminster and they were able to get it calibrated that day. Oh and their cost to calibrate was $100 less that Safelite. The windshield was not of the same quality they removed and the install job was not professional, see the picture of the globs of sealant- that’s how the tech left it! There are actual pockets that hold water above the windshield now. What would you do? Oh and they charged my card the full amount including the calibration, so I had to spend another 15 mins in their automated system trying to get a live person to get the over charge removed and a corrected receipt. Moral of the story is Safelite isn’t worth the trouble use the dealership and get factory replacement materials.Stay away from these guys!!!

I have i'm here for all of my cars for several years now. They are professional and efficient, although I would highly recommend you make an appointment. Knock on wood, I haven't had any issues with windshield replacements on any of my vehicles. Location is accessible, but parking is very tight, especially in a larger vehicle.

Had to get an appointment just to get a ballpark estimate and the estimate appointments were a month out. That’s ridiculous.

On my old windshield, I had an ExpressToll plastic slider that would allow for HOV free lanes to not be charged. It is much larger than a standard RFID type sticker. This "slider" was not transferred to the new windshield and when I attempted to call this local branch, I could only talk to a national call center. They would not let me talk to the local store. They said the old windshield was already destroyed.I had two other cars at two different other Safelite stores done at the same time and they were successful in transferring the "slider" to the new windshield. Based on the inability to actually talk to the local store to fix problems, I suggest you find a locally owned smaller vendor to replace car windows.

The worst experience! They filed a claim through my insurance for a new windshield in July but needed to get OEM approval due to a camera safety system. My insurance immediately approved the OEM glass the next business day. Santana called me to say the glass was backorder about 3-5 weeks but that she would follow up with me. I receive no call or updated 4 months later in November. I called corporate customer service and they told me the claim was canceled by Santana the assistant manager for some reason. They were going to have the store manager investigate and call me. It's now January, 2 months after that call and 6 months after the claim and no call from the manager. I called State Farm to report the issue and they said they will remove Safelite from their preferred providers and will recommend their policy holders go elsewhere for glass due to this terrible experience. Do not waste your time with Safelite and go elsewhere for your glass replacements. I get 3-4 new windshields a year on my vehicles and will never use Safelite again.

They did my windshield, so there's a pro. I sat and waited because they said 90 minutes, however it took 3 hours for a basic Ford sedan with no bells or whistles (there's no special calibrations necessary). When I was leaving the mirror fell down off the stud (fortunately the stud stayed on the window). Easy enough for me to get it seated again. The kicker for me was that I had to use my wipers due to wet roads (winter time). Not only did the blades make new contact they did not before (both with each other and past the window), they collided and the passenger wiper shattered and flew off on the road almost hitting another vehicle. This is incredibly dangerous and thankfully nothing further came of the situation, but I'm incredibly frustrated with them.I can replace the blades myself and will recalibrate them, but I'd never expect Safelite to make something that worked prior not work at all after a visit.

Took my truck in to repair a chip in the window, was told that the that the repairs would be structural, not cosmetic; however, that that I should expect a bit of an improvement in the cosmetics as well. The chip was relatively small, so I sincerely expected for there to be some level of improvement; unfortunately, it looked no different at all. Honestly, the chip had already been there for about 3 months, and was not getting any worse. Pretty sure I wasted $150 for nothing.I just wish I knew the repair would cause no improvement cosmetically - I would have either not spent the $150, or just replaced the windshield altogether. In fairness, Safelite did stress that they would only guarantee the structural repair; it was just a little misleading, as they advertise that repairs can improve a windshields appearance.

They really did go above and beyond ... The tech was great, he really went the extra step for me ... My hat's off to him ..A little tip for y'all, if you don't want to pay the $40 "Recycle" fee, Tell them you want to keep the windshield ... Then dispose of it yourself ... Absolutely crazy that they want to recycle something and charge you for it ... This is like the third time I've used them in overall the technicians of almost always been spot-on. ..
