Recently bought new furniture and vases after going to multiple furniture stores. The staff was extremely helpful when I came in, assisting me in finding the items that fit the vision of my living room remodel. Thank you will definitely return for more items in the future.

I had a great experience working with Scandinavian Designs in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. After I had identified what I wanted, my service rep was able to locate the entire set of coffee table , nesting tables and end table in the warehouse in Washington. He gave me a 3 week wait time to have my furniture available in Denver. At 17 days, my furniture had already arrived at the Highlands Ranch store, and I was able to pick them up the next day. Shawn, working at the loading dock in the back was polite and capable and very helpful .

Starting with the good: love the furniture, and the delivery guys were friendly and capable.The bad: Reinelle managed to be both inattentive and territorial in store, and misinformed us while telling us it was our fault. Doubly surprising as she appears to be the store manager. Our order was misplaced (two chairs more than we stated) and got the wrong table on delivery, which was a relief as the top of the incorrect item was notably gouged.I'll update this as the situation resolved but we were displeased at purchase and now don't have a table for however long it takes to rectify the situation.

My last delivery was scheduled for a Saturday, and they changed it to the middle of the week. Consequently, I had to take off work during the middle of the day for the delivery. Then they kept shuffling the delivery window time. This time I had another Saturday delivery scheduled, for the middle of the day, and they changed it to a 4-7 pm delivery later that same day. As of 8 pm they were a no show- no text message, no phone call, and their delivery operations center was closed when I called. The salesperson apologized the next day for not delivering as promised (not her problem), and then said the next time the delivery managers could reschedule was approximately two weeks out. The salesperson is fantastic, and it’s beyond her control; however, their delivery managers are incompetent. They don’t reschedule you immediately- incredibly they put you at the back of the delivery schedule line (even though they failed to deliver as promised). No more purchases or recommendations- Scandinavian Design's delivery is incompetently managed. Part of my delivery was to replace a damaged bed from my first delivery. The delivery truck was a no show. They wasted 4 hours of my time on a Saturday night. I’ve contacted corporate twice, and I’ve never received a reply. They’ve still never addressed the issues.

My delivery was cancelled due to a broken-down truck. Understandable. But their response was to put me all the way at the back of the delivery line after I had already waited a month. As a result, I'm sleeping on a mattress on the floor, using my floor for clean clothes and working from my dining room table for the next month.

I contacted SD corporate twice, through their website, to let them know that they never delivered my furniture. They never responded. My salesperson was great; however, Scandinavian Design, as a company, could care less about taking care of customers like me.

Huge appreciations to Reinelle for design consultation and advice. She spent a lot of time with me over several visits and kept me updated on the expected delivery of my items. All the items I purchased were delivered in great condition, and the delivery team (Christian and Alex) did a high quality job assembling everything at my home. Products are high quality and comfortable. I would absolutely return.

Nice stuff, but don't pay for something that isn't in-stock, because you'll wait forever - beyond the promised delivery date. And the $100 delivery fee is a total rip-off. I can see if they need to assemble it onsite, but they delivered a fully assembled file cabinet, so what did I pay $100 for?

I've bought several items and have been happy with all. Recently I got a bed that upon delivery was assembled incorrectly, so the slats could not hold up the mattress. I called to explain the situation, sent some pics and to my surprise, the Sales Manager (Shary) offered to come over after his shift to correct the situation which he did in one visit. I've never experienced that level of customer service before. So, for me, this is my place for furniture.

I would like the share the incredible customer service I received from Becca P. She was not the original sales person on my order, but when that sales rep. Was out of town, Becca took over and constantly went above and beyond to help me. Becca was extremely helpful, responsive, nice and went out of her way to fix any issues.She was incredible! Thank you Becca!

They sell used products under brand new products. Worst customer service ever with Reinelle at highlands ranch store about our nesting table. They accept that their products can be this much damaged as in the photo when selling as brand new from factory. Be aware of that.

I cannot begin to tell you just how appreciative I am of the team at Scandinavian Designs. I went over there and was in a time crunch for some items. The lovely ladies at the desk not only helped me but they solved a problem with a solution I wouldn't hav believed was possible. I got my furniture faster than expected and I want to say just how thankful I am for what you ladies did for me. Great customer service and outside of the box thinking!

We looked at a sofa and came back today to look again. Stars aligned and it was in stock and Presidents’ Day has offered up 5 year financing. Our salesperson Ms Apodaca was so nice and kind. It was nice to not have sales people being aggressive and even though they were short staffed we had no problem getting help. Thanks again!
