Milad helped me with picking up my first luxury vehicle and I cannot be happier with his service! He listened attentively to my questions and comments and helped me secure the exact vehicle I wanted. He also made himself available to answer any questions I had prior to picking up the vehicle up till even now almost a week later. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, everyone was really helpful and the dealership is beautiful. This is where you want to get your next vehicle 100%

Ally is dishonest. The car had multiple surprise repairs. She aimed to get us the biggest loan possible. Ally had no follow through after the sale was made and ghosted when we were shopping for bmw extended warranty.

It is nearly impossible to talk to anyone in the Service department at Schomp. They want you to do everything online and if you have a question , you have to wait a LONG time. This is not good customer service.

I had a great experience with Schomp BMW. I asked my salesman (Milad) to take me for a ride and show me what my new X3M could do and I was ready to buy before I even sat in the drivers seat. I feel like a got a great price and they offered me a great deal on my trade. I hope my local dealer can offer the same quality of service.

Great experience!!! I've been working with Milad and he's been incredibly attentive and helpful! I wouldn't consider myself an easy customer, but Milad has been patient and has made this an extremely easy process. He got to my number and has been more than fair with every detail. Highly recommend Schomp and Milad.

Prices are high for both new and used BMWs and not competitive. This can be atoned for by providing a great sales experience. However, this was sadly not the case. Promises abound (one hour, one person, etc.). My Sales guy, while polite, was a kid who knew less about the BMW IX than I did. For example, I asked if the interior of the car was vegan, and he said yes (it was castana chestnut, high grade leather).

When I initially purchased from Schomp I had a great experience.
That’s pretty much where it stopped.
I purchased their service plan and an extended warranty.
Whatever you do…DON’T buy the service plan. The service department is rude, unhelpful, and downright dishonest. They’ve told me things are covered under warranty and scheduled an appointment, only to arrive and immediately tell me they wouldn’t be covering it. The team seems to generally have really bad attitudes and I dread going in.
I would have bought another vehicle from them again but I have such a terrible taste from the service experience I don’t want to even hear the name Schomp again.

They say its easy to cancel a OneProtect plan, but I have been contacting Schomp for weeks and nobody has replied to my requests or called me back. I detest that I have to resort to google reviews to get something accomplished.

The worst service I have ever experienced at a BMW dealer. The service technician repeatedly complained to me about how hungry he was and how he wanted to go eat when they did do the service on my car. They charged me to have it diagnosed and told me it was fixed. As it turns out they just reset the light and when we went to drive the car again the light immediately came back on. The same service technician also complained to my wife about how tired he was and how he wanted to go home. When I called BMW to tell them of my experience, They never did call me back to get my side of the story. I will never go to BMW again and have told many of my friends who owned BMW‘s not to go there.

Schomp and Sean were great to work with. This is our second used vehicle purchase with Schomp. They have a great program, and treat you well and listen when you explain your wants. I will continue to buy from them. I did go to 3 other big name dealers, and was not impressed with the lack of professionalism.
