My initial buying experience was great and Izzy was incredibly helpful. However, I have since had issues for the past three months with procuring the title paperwork for my car. After months of back-and-forth communication with the sales team and the title department I finally had to go in person to pick up the paperwork I needed. Now I’m being informed by the DMV that the title transfer was incorrect. I am frustrated with how many times I have had to ask for the paperwork to be completed and then to find out that it wasn’t even completed correctly was extremely upsetting. I would no longer recommend this dealership.

WARNING!!!!!!
Do not buy any Term Protection Plus or any of the add on with this dealership. Money wasted! My salesperson told us to make sure we use all the benefits we paid for before the policy expires. Thanks Izzy, not how it works! Great sale for you!
Brakes and rotors, battery, wipers, alignment. That is NOT the case! My CRV has 62000 miles on it, and they said my brakes are still a 7 or 8. I will never be able to use the policy since it expires at 72000. I even live up a canyon with hard driving. They denied replacing my wipers and an alignment because I did not state that my wipers were streaking and my alignment was pulling. I just got new tires and wanted to confirm my alignment was good. Denied!
I rented a car the day I brought the car in, and the policy says it covers rental car reimbursement. I had a recall to do the day I brought the car in and still charged for the rental. Denied!
What they do not tell you is that they make it extremely difficult to use and it is Schomp’s warranty company. Of course they don't want you to use it. I left a message with the sales manager to discuss the policy 6 days ago and no response.
So I guess the only thing I could do is protect others from Schomp.

At 77 years old, I’ve been buying cars for a long time. I’ve seen a lot of dealerships and a lot of sales people. Schopp has a most unique way of selling cars and the amazing thing is it’s nothing more than common sense. My experience in buying my new Passport from Honda was exceptional. The salesman was extraordinary and the staff was pleasant. The physical facility is something to behold, and even if you don’t have the urge, you must go into the restrooms as never in your life have you seen a restroom in a car related business that look like these. I would highly recommend Honda and Schopp in particular and to be honest. I don’t know if there’s a better dealer around, I somewhat doubt it very seriously. They’re a team and every team has a culture and the culture at Schomp is amazing and they work together with each other not against each other. I sure hope I get to buy another Honda because I’ll be going back to Schopp but even if this is my last Honda it’ll be my best give it a go see what you think.

I highly recommend Heidi as she represents the very best in a business that can sometimes be tedious. Give this lady a raise!

Schomp Honda is a great place to buy a car. It was an easy process and a great staff to work with. I would recommend to anyone if they are in the market for a new car head on down and check it out. You will not be disappointed. My salesmen was Gavin and he was great and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesmen. Over all a great experience!

I was a first time car buyer and they worked with me to get everything figured out. It was a smooth process on their side bumpy on mine. Truck I purchased had a noise coming from the wheel well that I noticed after I had already driven off the lot and they brought me in the next day and got the problem solved free of charge. Definitely recommend and thanks to my salesman Sam Miller. Super chill, patient and helpful throughout the process.
