It really doesn't matter if you SCHEDULE a service like an oil change and tire swap. You will spend your entire Saturday waiting for your vehicle. I waited painfully for 6 hours, luckily they "offer" over priced rentals while you wait. I'm really not trying to be dramatic but, I'm beyond frustrated. Also, not A SINGLE EMPLOYEE GREETED ME. I felt like I drove my car into someone's office, dirty looks, frustrated scoffs, and condescending attitudes. Yes, you. I'm not over exaggerating. Sad to say it, but avoid this overpriced buzzkill.

This is the second time Schomp has returned my 2020 Civic to me with the front skid plate installed incorrectly. When I spoke to a manager about the issue, he immediately blamed another licensed Honda dealership, where I had my Civic serviced two months ago. You have a customer telling you they have a problem, and your first reaction is to point fingers? Forget about it, I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sure to leave the same review when Honda surveys me.

Had a disappointing experience recently where my S2000 came back with a scratch right on my brand new $150 shift knob i had just ordered directly from Honda. I presume from a mechanic/porter wearing a ring or something. I dont wear rings or anything metallic, and i am the only one to drive my car. Usually I don’t worry about my car with these guys and their service department is pretty honest with their diagnosis. I know this complain is nit-picky but for such a clean and clinical dealer, i was surprised to get it back that way. You can see the scratch just under the reverse.

Never reviewed a dealership before but yet here I am - I've been incredibly happy with the service department here while servicing my Honda and felt my service advisor (Jake A) deserved a shoutout - he's respectful, knowledgeable, and provides a fantastic customer service experience. If you have a Honda and are looking for a dealership service experience, this is definitely the place.

Wonderful experience with Izzy & Matt Davis! We had all of our questions and more answered for us, so we weren't left feeling uncertain about anything. I really was impressed with how knowledgeable Izzy was and all she was able to do for us! She went over everything with us in a very easygoing yet thorough way, which is exactly what we would want in a salesperson. We felt well taken care of and were excited about all the options with our new vehicle.

I want to let everyone know right now that Schomp Honda hands down was the best experience I ever had buying a car! I had dealt with Hanson. He was very professional and friendly! Any questions I had he was more than happy to give me an answer! He was with me the entire time from the moment I had reserved the vehicle I wanted to the end when I was signing papers. If you're looking for a new Honda please ask for Hanson! He knows his stuff! The car buying process at Schomp is super easy! They are very patient! This is my second time buying a new car and this was such a great experience Thank you again! Best experience!

It is such a pleasure to let you know how happy I am with my 2024 Honda. The unique part about Schomp Honda is their one person sales approach. I test drove, pre-ordered and closed the purchase of my Honda with the same sales representative. My sales rep drove my new car to my home for me to test drive. I drove it back to the dealership, signed all the documents electronically and drove home as a new owner of my third Schomp Honda. It was so simple. I can affirm their integrity and approach to providing excellent service is their number one mission.

glad to be able to move this back up to five stars. Frustrating as the earlier experience was, jeff called and took care of the matter personally. Since they had taken away my time on an earlier trip when they were unable to service the vehicle, they covered me with a loaner car for this service visit. Technicians did a good and thorough job looking at the issue, and sent me a video explaining exactly what it was. I am satisfied. I understand mistakes can happen and all I ask is they rectify it as soon as they can, as they did here. I hope they are able to get their logistics and wait times improved, but I want to give credit where credit is due on this latest experience. Thanks for turning it back around.

The car buying experience was great. I like that they’re matter of fact about price and the car salesperson was professional.BUT about 2 months after buying the car I took a trip to the mountains. My brakes were trash. I was worried about getting home. We had to go way under the speed limit the entire way. It turns out the rotors were trashed. I called Schomp and they referred me to the salesperson. I left her a voicemail and never heard from her again.The thing is Schomp did a brake inspection before selling the car. That’s why I bought it. They didn’t offer it as certified pre-owned because of the age, but they did a lot of work before selling it or so I thought. I had to spend another $600 for the brakes. I never heard from Schomp after several attempts. The only time they did call back was when I was trying to schedule an appointment with the shop.I would only recommend buying from them if the purchase qualifies for certified ore-owned. And even then the wait time to get in the shop could be a problem.

This is the place to go to sell your car! Request to work with Cara McNamara, she will take great care of you. I used the typical online resources to get an offer for my 2016 Ford Fusion; Truecar, Carvana, Carmax, Carguru and all came back with similar valuations which were much lower than I had expected. Cara McNamara, inventory acquisition, Schomp Honda in Highlands Ranch was a shining star. She followed up on the Truecar inquiry and explained that she may be able to do better. She came back with an offer more in line with my expectation and it was several thousand $s higher than the other offers. Cara was professional, sweet to work with and changed my perspective in working with a dealer. I would make Cara my first call next time I need to sell a vehicle. I can give Cara McNamara my highest praise and recommendation and will definitely consider Schomp Honda in the future. Thank you Cara!

I have been going to Schomp Honda for all my service needs on my Honda Pilot. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I bought my Honda Pilot from them and most satisfied with their service. They are honest and very informative if they feel the extra service is needed for my safety as well.

My experience purchasing my CR-V with Schomp was less than I expected. (1) When I showed up for my appointment, there was no one there to greet me. I walked around the floor for about 15 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help. I made eye contact with multiple employees and they stood in their circle continuing their conversation. There was no receptionist working the front desk either. (2) I reserved a car with a $500 deposit. I had to ask for this money back and if I hadn’t, Schomp would’ve just kept it. (3) My sales rep laughed at me when I explained that Honda would make more money off me if I financed through Honda versus an external lender. That’s literally how money works. If you get the sale price of the car plus interest from financing versus someone financing externally, Honda also gets the interest payments too. A simple math lesson would serve employees well. (I should’ve asked for a new rep at this point.) (4) I pointed out that I saw financing specials online then later the sales rep tried to act like he was doing me a favor by showing me this “secret” rate when it’s clearly posted on their website and the targeted ads I received (5) It took 2.5 hours which is way over the promised time of 1 hour.When someone is spending a lot of money purchasing a car, the customer service should be great. It would be interesting to see how these sales reps do in their jobs when the recession hits and car sales drop. My whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I have two friends looking to buy cars right now and I will not refer them to Schomp.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Schomp Honda. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and at 51 y/o you can imagine how intimidated I was feeling. David Cole, the salesman that worked with me was so kind, and I definitely didn't feel pressured in any way to purchase something out of my budget. He helped me find a used car that is reliable and meets all of my needs, within my limited budget. I would encourage anyone that's looking for a vehicle new or used to give Schomp a visit. You will not be disappointed.

I visited this dealership specifically to purchase a used vehicle for my teen daughter. I purchased my Honda Pilot from this same establishment a few years ago and had a good experience. When I asked for the inspection report, they only had a safety inspection report on the used vehicle that I was interested in. This was misleading based on what I was told over the phone by a different sales member. After having it inspected by a reputable mechanic, I was cautioned NOT to purchase this vehicle. I later realized that this car had been on the lot for over 40 days (Hyundai Santa Fe GLS). I would imagine that other interested buyers had it inspected and received the same information. The inspection cost me $200 and an entire afternoon. It is disturbing that this information was not revealed to me prior to taking it to a mechanic. When I spoke to the manager, he repeated the same information to me several times. After voicing that I was offended by the repeated information about how the dealership handles used vehicles and that my concern was not acknowledged, the manager proceeded to summarize the same information yet again. This experience was extremely disappointing and insulting.

I will caution anyone reading this review on one thing.....The One Hour, One Person, only happens after you've decided on the vehicle.My appt was at 1230 and I left after 3:30. It was a little different because I ordered my car, and my salesperson got caught up with another client who showed up early. ... A whole day earlier!!I worked with 2 other salespersons, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I came in with my own financing, and only had to deal with their sales pitch of items which I was already going to buy (extended warranty, dent protection).This was the best experience I've had with a dealer because I was prepared, and the car I wanted was already allocated to me.Lastly, I want to commend this dealership for not marking the car up with unnecessary fees, or after delivery accessories, like paint protect, tint, car bra's, seat protector, etc! I don't believe I'll be back anytime soon, because, for one it's a Honda, and two, it's a Honda!!If I need another car in the future, I'll definitely go here first. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
