My husband surprised me with this beauty! Since we live hours away from Denver he negotiated the deal by phone, including a trade in, and had the who deal arranged before we went to pick up the car. We did have an issue with applying the bonnet stripes and Jeremy personally drove all the way to the mountains, picked up the car, and delivered it back so we would not have to make the trek again. A+ service!!

Even though I found used car I liked, and sales gal was helpful, very disappointed in customer service after I bought car and extended warranty. Canceled warranty in due time, but it took over a month to get my money back! Driving to Denver from Oregon my car died and I had to replace it to drive back, which is why I bought SCHOMP car in a hurry.
Got back home, but rear brakes were shot, and had to replace immediately. Extremely frustrated that though brakes had been checked, they failed. Now I'm waiting to see if I can get any refund.

Purchasing a vehicle here couldn't be any easier. It was quick and easy. Jeremy who was my salesman even drove down from Highlands Ranch to Colorado Springs to my house so I could give him a the signed title of my trade-in.
I had to bring the vehicle back a few days later due to a noticeable leak. They took my vehicle in right away and took care of it. If you are looking for a vehicle and want a no hassle no nonsense straight forward deal, come here. I'm enjoying my 2017 VW Tiguan Wolfsburg

Checked availability of a vehicle listed online, not only was it in stock (rare with popular vehicles) but the salesman (Noah) had it and two others ready to view. There was no pressure no haggling, just a great vehicle at a fair price.

Let me first explain how amazing how amazing Jessica in sales is. Coming from someone who also sells cars and has for a long time, I cannot begin to tell you how amazing she was to work with and how great she did at finding me a perfect car.
Initially inquired on one that had sold hours before and instead of calling it quits there she found me one at a sister store and went out of her way to send me a full walk around video and it was even nicer than the one I initially inquired on.
All paperwork was done through DocuSign and so I could just pick up the vehicle and was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Easiest process on that end of things I've ever seen.
Had a hiccup with the vehicle and decided to return it within the 48 hour return policy. They were very kind about the process and I was very appreciative of that.
A few days later we decided we wanted the vehicle back and instead of turning away our business they were so welcoming and Jessica went out of her way so many times to make me happy as a customer. Appreciate everyone involved to make this a very good buying experience!

I purchased a car in August. I've been to Schomp previously and was impressed with their customer service and knowledge. A few years later, it's still a great experience where you feel more like a friend than a customer. And that's the way it really should be. Unfortunately, some dealerships fall short on earning the respect of their customers. Not Schomp. I would recommend any of my friends and family go for their next car purchase or service.

This place is so legitimate and so professional! I just have to highlight without even having purchased a car. My experience of this company has provided so much trust and professionalism that I would have absolutely no doubt in working with them!! My girl Jessica who has been helping me through this process, has been an angel and has carried herself to the upmost professional level. She sent me beautiful videos and photos of the car I was looking at right after asking and her communication could not have been better.
