I came in to see what my options were on changing carriers and phones. John Lindauer, who helped me was very abrash. I felt like he was trying to sell me used car. I was added as an autherized person on my fiences account and he kept telling me he didn't add a line for me. Of course not. I wanted to know what my options were before I commited to anything. I told him I wanted to stay with Samsung and he questioned why I would stay with them. Also I was told that the promotion was only on last years models. But the best phone option I would want, would mean that his manager would go to another store to pick up the ohone for me. Again I never agreed to anything. On top of all of this, he was commenting things to my child and making him uncomfortable. He even told my kid he could get his own phone and phone line. That was extreamly innappropriate and unprofessional. I left and went back to my carrier and got a great deal with a brand new phone. I am just appalled by how I was treated.

Darin T is awesome!! I purchased an IPhone 15 Pro which had to be ordered & delivered to my home. When received I went back & Darin transferred my data, erased my old phone & boxed it up for my return; also applied the screen protector & case. He took care of all my issues and was super friendly & courteous each time. I highly recommend him. He needs a promotion!!

My front camera on my I Phone13 and facial ID failed. I called the Apple support, after 2 hours they said I have to go to the Apple store. After 4 hours there, they told me I need to go to T mobile. I tried calling and wasted another 3 hours. The next day I went to T mobile store and Marcela fixed my problem in 20 minutes!!!!

A month ago, my husband and I switched to T-mobile. Our experience has been nothing but a great experience. I’ve been in this exact store, on multiple occasions. Every single person who works there, is great! They’re all genuine and knowledgeable. I appreciate all their help. On my recent encounter, the manager, Johnathan helped me. He's efficient and helpful. He helped me navigate my billing, app and all the other questions and concerns I had. Once again, this store helped me out again. I’d walk in concerned and frustrated, but leave satisfied and absolutely blown away by their expertise and customer service! (Darin, Steve and Marcela to name who have helped me out).

This is a tough one to review as the employees were very helpful, helping constantly, but the process is ridiculously long!! 5 hours on Friday night and they weren't busy...then back for 2 more hours the next morning...then back for another 30 minutes later in the day to finish. The workers work well as a team, jumping in to help each other constantly to keep things moving. The process is simply too long, too many issues from corporate, etc. The reality is that every cellular carrier just takes way too long. Got a good deal, discounts and upgraded phones, so good to go at this point. Felt like I bought a house!...guess that's why you sign up for two years, so you don't have to go back for a while.

The manager Johnathan was horrible. He was the rudest customer service. People don't know what they are doing. One worker said one thing then Johnathan explained me different and my bill got bigger. Be aware of their scams

Ive been coming here with mainly issues for the last several years, maybe only twice for new lines and/or phones. Every single time this team has taken care of my service issues phenomenally. I want to say they spend at least an hour researching every best way possible to find resolutions. It’s time that I write a review because the service is truly outstanding.P.S. Jonathan is the manager here and every time I’m there, he steps in and completely destroys any obstacle in the way. Today he dealt with customer care for me better than my previous attorneys did in legal cases. Highly recommend.

John worked with me today to get a new phone for my husband. A few factors could have made this difficult but John was patient and understanding and got it done. I was impressed with the efficiency of the only 2 employees in the store.

Excellent service today at Highlands Ranch t-mobile. I walked in shortly after 10am on a Sat and store was already busy and only 2 employees. John and the other employee were friendly and efficient. John was so patient and helpful as I purchased a phone for my husband. 5 star well deserved.

I came to this store because the Greenwood Village store was closed today. Jonathan and Lisa were there and they took great of me and my family. We upgraded all our phones and got a better plan with no stress or issues. These two were amazing and know how to do there job!! Thank you

Helpful associates. We were having trouble with our SIM cards while traveling overseas and our SIMS were older. We have been T-Mobile customers for a long, long time and they took care of us quickly. My recent trip overseas was great, no cellular issues.
