People are kind, place is your typical Starbucks, but the coffee making is remarkably slow, slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Be willing to hang for 20+ mins for you’re coffee if you stop here!

I waited 27 minutes for a mobile order when the eta said 10 mins so I accounted for that. And I did not even receive it because they kept making other drinks before mine, and mine was a classic espresso drink nothing fancy, but I didn’t have 45 mins to wait. This isn’t the first time I had to wait more than 20 minutes either on top of the eta time. Just be aware that even with order ahead you should order it 35-40 minutes ahead of time.

Every time I order a drink from this location it is never right. I ordered brown sugar shaken espresso with oatmilk. Got the drink minus brown sugar. ?

Love the strawberry refresher. Visited the Santa Fe location in Highlands Ranch, CO and the employee named Austin was absolutely terrific.

We’ve been to this location a few times and will try to avoid it going forward. Mobile order took over 15 min to get and it was not made correctly on top of it.

Good stop for a quick coffee run. Not too busy. Make sure you know what you’re ordering coz when you don’t order quick enough, humans in line behind you will be looking at you and telling you to hurry up. I wish the staff is more friendly in this location. Got some free ground coffee for garden so I guess that’s a plus.

Not sure what’s going on at this location, but I’ve been here several times and almost every time they either screw up my order or I end up waiting at the counter while people behind me get their drinks.Train your employees better! If someone orders a shot in the dark (coffee w/ a shot), the cashier pours the coffee, then hands it off for the barista for the shot.Hopefully this helps so people don’t have to wait 15 minutes for a drink….
