I had the pleasure of having Sammi as my cashier today. She was so incredibly friendly and sweet to my daughter. Bringing a 4 year old to target can be a nightmare, but Sammi made it special for us both. THANK YOU!

This specific store does not honor the Target return without a receipt policy. Generally speaking, I tend to have issues with the staff at this store. Definitely drive over the other target on Sergeant Jon Stiles Dr instead!

Employees are rude and managers seem ever worse. 11am 12 people in line self check "Might be open" , their words while it stayed closed' and 2 checkers. Other workers just watched

This store is so understaffed it's shameful. The only reasons to pay higher Target prices for things is for customer service and convenience, which this store is severely lacking in both. I'm done chasing down an employee to reach something from a high shelf and being forced to use self checkout when I've already worked a 12 hour shift. I left my items behind today and ended up saving about $15 bucks ordering them from somewhere else, sure I have to wait a couple of days now, but they're going to come right to my door. Worth it! The lie that no one wants to work is rapidly coming to an end. Hire people and the customers you have chased away with the lack of staff will come back.

The person at the 'self checkout' kiosk was very friendly and helpful with showing me how to obtain a 'gift receipt'. No waiting to check out. 5% overall discount for using my Target red card. Sweet!

Worst with customer service and signs. If a register doesn't take cash could you have signs at any point while I wait in line. Or at least attempt to help me or appoligize instead of Just directing me to a 10-minute line after I already waited in line because of course it would be absurd for self-check to accept cash... 😔😔

My son just turned two, I went there to get him a toy and of course he began crying for it as soon as I grabbed it. A store member then followed me to the register to “make sure I didn’t steal it” with my son screaming the whole way. The store member then began loudly shushing my baby and berating me for letting him cry because the staff member had autism and couldn’t stand crying. Awful experience and honestly kind of scary. I left the store nearly in tears.

It was a strange experience. Only the self checkout was open. I just have some small items and nothing that would trigger the door with a sensor. But the door started to beep loud when I left. There was no one around to check and I waited on someone to show up. The person tried to push my cart through the door. It did not beep only lights. The he checked my stuff and told I was good to go. I went through the sensors and nothing. Pretty sure it was security who was manually triggering it.
It just messed up that they make the alarm sound, it's really embarrassing and everyone that was around witness it will not be around anymore to see that you did nothing.
I will never again go through the self checkout so they better add cashiers.
