I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Target, thanks to the incredible store director, Spencer! I had been searching for a specific item all day, going to two different Target locations that showed it as in stock—only to find out the inventory counts were off. Frustrated and out of options, I went to this Target, where Spencer completely turned my day around.
Not only did he take the time to help me locate the item, but he also went above and beyond by reaching out to another store’s management team to personally request that they hold it for me—something they don’t typically do for customers! His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference.
It’s rare to find customer service like this, and I am so incredibly grateful for Spencer’s dedication. Target is lucky to have such a phenomenal leader on their team! If you’re ever shopping at this location and need help, know that you’re in great hands. Thank you again, Spencer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great selection in every area. Staff sucks. Cashiers are depressed and unfriendly - they give me serial killer vibes.

I bought an item on clearance (30%-70% off). It rang up at full price. When I went to customer service to let them know and receive it at the correct price, they offered me 10% off. Very annoying.

I had an excellent experience at the HR Target thanks to Tyler at customer service. I had an issue with my past purchase and he was incredibly helpful, kind, and clearly motivated to assist. I wanted to publicly acknowledge his dedicated and friendly service.
