PJ, the racist older women at the self check out area, is incredibly rude. We use self checkout to limit our interactions on crowded, busy days. This was on a Sunday, we were using self checkout, PJ began hovering all behind us, ok - annoying but typical. Then began demanding repeatedly that my husband smile at her - getting more and more strange and aggressive. Then the cherry on top - as we are walking out she says to us "it's ok if you do not come back to this store". This is. It typically what my target experience is like and it is quite troubling.

The store was a complete nightmare. Seriously I think a goodwill would have been more organized and clean. Every isle (specifically the clothing isles) were terrible, there were piles of unfolded clothes everywhere, there were clothing racks in disarray, and nothing was in the right place. Felt like we should get a discount for having to sort through such a bad store. Yikeeeeees!

Learned the hard way that Tuesday evening is not the time to shop here. Lots of employees on the floor, many of little help in regards to finding specific items. Teenagers working at the front seemed to be interested in their flirting and social time together than taking care of a guest clean up requirement mentioned while I was in line for the one cashier. Many employees simply standing around and watching as people had to scan their own carts full of items. I highly recommend trekking to the super target in highlands ranch over using this establishment. There was also very limited items in stock as shipments arrived but were not shelved or unpacked yet.

We were getting some supplies and ended up being hungry. I was with several people, so we ended up getting a rotisserie chicken and the pre-cooked chicken nuggets-THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!! Everyone in our group was raving about how delicious the chicken was and how they should have it more often. Just sayin', that was some delicious chicken!

The store staff are mainly teenagers who are there for a paycheck and nothing more, nothing less. They used to have a security guy who was great, but he left a couple of years ago. The girl who used to work in their pharmacy was always really nice and helpful, despite being in a stressful environment, but I haven't seen her in almost 2 years. Shame, but the management is doing their best.

There is a reason they have such a low rating. The staff here are a bunch of young punks who obviously have a job here to perform as warm bodies. Absolutely awful customer service. It was close to closing time as they followed me around the store and reminded me every 5 minutes that the store was closing. As I was ushered to the front I waited in line for 8 minutes because they only had one register open. When I mentioned to the cashier if they are in such a hurry to close it would be wise to keep a self checkout available. That was useless, the kid barely could make eye contact and have a sensible conversation. The manager, Garret, was so carelessly sitting on one of the checkout counters swinging his legs while flirting with a girl on the walkie that was 20 feet away from him. Literally. WTH??? This is your management. Like I said, a warm body. My comment to him was received just as intelligently as the cashier. Zero management skills or customer service. So sad that this is what has happened to these once lovely stores to go in. I do hope these are read by people that actually care about Target. Garret definitely is doing a disservice to Target.

Had an issue with a product. Needed management help and Andy was the rudest douche I've ever met in my life. I've never been treated with such disrespect over a minor issue. He was in a bad mood and boy did it show. Someone with that massive of an attitude problem shouldn't be allowed to interact with gusts. The management at this location is utter garbage. Go to the super target in highlands ranch instead, only 5 minutes away from this one and it's significantly better with management that doesn't have the temper tantrum of a 4 year old

Went to use target.com to order some items for pick up Data sort is horrible. Provider should be fired. Went to Walmart.com. Success there.

I have never been to this target as I live about 20 minutes away. The item i needed was out of stock at my local target, so I drove here to pick it up at the drive up service they offer. When we pulled up the employee came to our car and said that I needed to update my car because i accidentally put an suv instead of a sedan. the employee was extremely rude and after asked where i wanted the item. i said the trunk and when she put it in there she then slammed my trunk and made my whole car shake. This customer service is upsetting. i love my local target and all of the employees are amazing. however, after today i will not be returning to this specific location.

I live in Castle Rock, so I'm not really at this Target very often, this being the first time probably in years, but I had to write to tell you all what a great manager this store has! He is really on top of things, making sure that everything is running smoothly and that the lanes aren't getting backed up and that everyone has what they need. I was really impressed.

Does not follow corporate COVID 19 protocols for drive up. Demands contact. Employees are rude and unsafe when told they need to follow the rules and not demand contact. Not worth the risk to go here.

They are getting a two because there COVID Protocols are amazing and the store is clean. However the Starbucks there in this store customer service iOS the worst I have ever had. If target has control over them they need to get a new manager and staff. I was there earlier this week and the manager and cashier was bitching in front of customers myself and my family how busy they were oh have to make another frappe. Oh this is ridiculous oh we are so busy. I am in customer service myself and I would b**** like this I front of customers it makes us feel uncomfortable and well your a Starbucks it's going to busy. Go to a smaller coffee chain then plus our two chai teas we got was hot hot at all and the two fraps they were bitching about was hot made well watery. Needs new staff and manager ASAP. They didn't even wear masks at the Starbucks.

Great service, they were willing to go the extra mile to help me locate the things my family needed. Wonderful staff

Tried to return an unopened item from my baby registry that was purchased through my registry, which I brought the packing slip for.... Their registry policy allows returns for up to a year. But they wouldn't take this item back because they "didn't sell it at their specific store"..... the item was still selling online and they didn't care. I showed them the item purchased off my registry as I pulled it up on my phone and I showed them that they are still selling the item online. The staff just wanted to get me out of the store. They didn't care about the customer experience and told me to go to a different store that could do the return. I suggest you all change your registry policy if you're not going to allow for it. Ridiculous.

I have spent a lot of money at Target over the years but I will NEVER go back to this location in Highlands ranch. The lady at guest services was named Julie. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect or been judged so harshly about something she knew nothing about. We were about to purchase quite a bit of stuff there but literally got ran out by her and it left my 6 and 8 year old daughters in a state of bawling for the next 15 minutes because of how we were treated. The manager came out and was very professional and apologized for her but it was inexcusable. Anybody with such a temper should not ever be interacting with customers on any level. It was the worst experience at any store I've ever been to
