Had a really rude cashier last night. She was a bit older and I was just exchanging an item for a different size and she acted as if I was stealing. Really put a sour taste in my mouth. Will not be coming back

This is the worst TJ Maxx location on the planet. They also removed my honest review so they lack customer service AND don't accept feedback. Stores should not be allowed to remove customer reviews.

We were waiting in line no one else their expect us when a blonde hair lady looked over at us and then was talking to her coworker and was telling her that she was gonna attend us when the coworker looked at us and back at her coworker and with a hand gesture was telling her “nah don’t bother just let them wait and go back to what you were doing” we kept waiting for two solid minutes while the workers didn’t even care about us so we flat out left our cart and left the store and keep in mind that they weren’t even closing for another 20 solid minutes

We have shopped TJMax statewide in Colorado for many years. After todays experience, NEVER AGAIN. If you're okay with MEN being in the WOMENS dressing room, waste your money here in Highlands Ranch Colorado. Here's the experience:While undressing in the Women's dressing room, the stall next to mine had a MAN, (clearly, A MAN read on) in it. His deep baritone voice advising another person on what they were trying on and repeatedly commenting on if it will "look really good." This is mentioned because after hearing the voice, over and over, IT WAS DEFINITELY A MAN. Upon leaving quickly, I asked the check in attendant, "why men are allowed in the Women's dressing room?" The reply, " Oh, yes, ummm, I didn't know a men got in." Hard to believe when I was adamantly checked in on how many items I had before allowed in to try on the garments. A store Manager overheard this and stopped me upon leaving saying, "I am so sorry this happened, it never should have." To which I relied, why did it then? Not everyone agrees to this and I was offended." Manger replied, " I don't agree either, you're right, I am so sorry it happened." Will NEVER give my money to this place or any like it again. It's WRONG. Rating is a "0." I was forced to give it a star so this will get heard, but its a big "0!"

Racially profiled: Made my shopping experience uncomfortable! Was followed throughout the store from one department to the next. Not every black man or woman is out to steal. One of the managers pretended to shop beside me without her ID lol. Spoke with her and she said “ people can’t be trusted”. If you can’t trust people don’t open a business. I’d suggest you put up a sign that saids, “ NO BLACKS ALLOW”, that’ll ease your trust issues, and no black person would shop there because the message would be straightforward.I’ll be back, I hope you’ll do better. B

I like t j max at this location. I have been buying some good quality and affordable home products here. The staff is friendly as always and the products are neatly arranged. It is very close to my home, I will often come to take care of it
