I've rented many tools/equipment from this Home Depot and others. This rental department is terrible, every machine I've rented from here has had issues and I was never compensated. I will go to other locations before I ever rent from Highlands Ranch location.

I use many tool rental spots for my business and this is by far my favorite. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that do a great job.

Their trees are terrible. Planted 7 and dug big holes, used root starter and right amount of water. 5 of 7 died. Replaced 1 under warranty but the others crapped out after warranty ran out. With all the down trees this summer, I'm sure they'll sell a ton but I'll be headed to the nursery down the road.

We come to this HD frequently for our home DIY needs. This review is specially for getting wood cuts. The men that help with wood cuts are consistently rude and do not offer the customer service we expect at HD. We come prepared with it measured and marked so all they have to do is cut and they act like it is the biggest inconvenience.

this place is awful. Each time I try calling on the phone, either nobody picks up, or someone picks up and says they'll transfer me to department and then nobody will pick up there. If you go into the store, put on your running shoes. Be prepared to run hard to chase down an associate who may or may not help you, if you are lucky enough to find one. It's like this place was struck by the zombie apocalypse. I was coming in to buy several thousand dollars worth of windows, could not even get somebody to pick up the phone or answer my basic questions. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Every time I come here I wonder why. I could not find any help with a couple items this morning. Then I go to the front and there are five people standing there, talking, looking at their phones and laughing as customers are doing self check out. I need a little bit of help with the self check out because of an expensive item and it was quite the inconvenience for them. I miss the days when people wanted to work, and stores like Home Depot had actual cashiers that would help you. On my way to Lowes to find the other items I was not able to locate.

First I will never buy an appliance from home Depot as a washing machine came with a small dent. I was supposed to get a small refund that never happened. Second I won't go into detail as I plan on contacting corporate to discuss one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. It was like the best example of what should be never happen in customer service. From staff slouching on the products the customer service line out the door, no managers in sight to being insulted. I am not anti home Depot I left there and went on up the road to lone tree and they were super helpful. Customer service was prompt helpful.

Do NOT pay for dishwasher installation through Home Depot. Most people I knew suggested that dishwashers were very easy to install, so if you don't want to do it yourself, it should be no problem for Home Depot to install for you. After 4 service calls (one when the installer showed up without the dishwasher he was supposed to install!) it is finally kind of installed. It runs and doesn't leak, but it is not secured to the underside of the countertop nor one side of the adjacent cabinetry. It tips forward when opened and both racks are pulled out. After countless calls to Home Depot and many apologies, I can't believe the poor service and quality.

My father used Home Depot to replace all the windows in his house. A very expensive and, as it turns out, frustrating experience. We started the process last April. They came out to do the installation in July. One window was missed and had to be reordered. We waited the 8 weeks for a replacement, which was broken, so we had to wait another 8 weeks. When that window was installed in November, the jam was warped and they said it would be another 8 weeks for a repair. My dad also called about having the upstairs sliding door adjusted and replacement of one of the windows at the front of the house which developed a huge crack. We have not heard anything back. My dad called customer service last Monday, requesting a call back immediately. Today is Friday. We had not heard back, so he called again. The lady on the phone was very nice, however, the only service order they had on record was for the sliding door. She added the other services (we hope) and said it would be 7 to 10 days from the contact on Monday. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed. I expected better from this company.

I had an online order that I had to split payment. I sent a text to customer service. They told me to call customer service. Customer service told me to go to the store. I went to customer service in the store, they told me to go to Pro service. I went there and they told me to go back to customer service. I canceled the order and any future business with Home Depot.

I was moving and had a bunch of items to get last second. John Browning was amazing. He helped me find everything I needed and even found a driver to get a huge pallet down from the top shelf so I could get all my items! I am so so thankful to have asked him for help and wanted to say thank you for the incredible and genuine care and customer service!!!

Well...it's a home improvement store...so my expectations aren't high, as these are all about the same. The difference in any of these is the staff. Having just moved near here, I've spent lots of time wandering the aisles, dreaming of projects and spending more $$ than intended. Firstly, the customer service crew, from my experience returning things and asking for a few discounts, I've had nothing but good interactions. They were quick, helpful and polite. As I move through the store, I would organize things a bit differently, as things tend to be in odd places at times. Lack of a knowledgeable staff in the departments is the issue for all of these types of stores and this one is no different. I asked a kid they had in the plumbing Dept a question and he literally just stared at me with his mouth open for a good 3-4 minutes! He was clueless. If I need something, I spend quite a bit of time trying to track someone down and even when you find them, sometimes you feel like you wished you hadn't! Lots of young people standing around by the self service counters, willing to help, but lacking knowledge of anything more. Overall, they're convenient, try to be helpful and not going anywhere. My view of this store is mostly positive, with the same issues as most home improvement stores, so when you go, be patient, do your research before arriving and get the app which lets you locate things on your own and scan for prices.

I came in today to pick up a few items and get some paint to paint some new primed interior doors. Every one throughout the store was nice and willing to offer help. Then came the paint dept where there was a chubby bald cranky man. I was looking at paint to try to see about what to get to paint a house full of new primed interior doors. He was looking through the website add on the store computer and didn’t even make eye contact with me. I went up to the counter and said excuse me? He totally acted like he didn’t hear or see me, too busy scrolling the Home Depot weekly and looking for things he may want. Then I said umm could you help me? He huffed and very begrudgingly, rudely said ya what do you need? His tone was so rude like in a way ya I don’t really want to but guess I have to. I told him what I needed and he mentioned a couple and pointed in the direction of the paint. But I was like do I get the base or what? I asked if he could show me please? Then he huffed and hastily took me over to an area and kind of showed me a choice I could get but I was still unclear, then he saw a co worker and shouted to her hey (name) I’m out of here and walked away. What a j**** Clearly he was almost ready to get off, milking the clock shopping on your computer for himself, it was clear at that point he had no desire in helping me. He lost you my business, I will go to sherwin Williams and stick with Lowe’s from now on. He put a really bad taste in my mouth. I won’t spend my hard earned money here today and will be hard pressed to go back unless I’m desperate. Scoff It was March 1st between 3:30 and 4:00pm and literally I was the only one in the paint section so it wasn’t as if he was doing anything other than helping himself shop your website and milking the clock until he was off. Scoff What a j******

I would highly recommended this Home Depot!! My husband and I had the best service here. Every corner we turned someone was asking us if we needed help. I have never gone into a Home Depot and the employees all had the best attitude! Not sure why this store only has 2 stars
