Quickest service I've ever experienced. Brought in a phone mauled by my dog and it was fixed in less than 3 hours. Awesome!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Techs spent time explaining the potential problem with my phone and how they would approach fixing it. They completed the job in a very timely way to get my phone up and running.

Solid customer service, very fair pricing, and I really appreciated the info they provided along with the repair. Highly recommend going here before the Apple store or other shops. I had water inside my iPhone 14max and they were able to dry it out for $31, versus the $800 I still owed on it to trade it in…

One guy told me it was under warranty and ordered part. Came back n they wanted to charge me 400+ to repair it. I had them confirm warranty work. It was covered.. they need to leave detail comments on whats going... make sure you keep on them. They never called when part came in I had to stop back in and ask. Otherwise fixed the phone did good work..

Took my daughter’s tablet here simply because she forgot her password and needed assistance getting it reset to factory settings since none of the recommended options from the factory or online worked. While they did get it reset to factory settings they broke the screen while doing it and charged me over 100$ to replace the screen they broke. What happened to businesses having integrity and taking accountability for their mistakes?

Very helpful man at the counter. Fix my phone rather quickly. I would definitely refer him for help if you need it.

My son shattered his iphone, front and back. I took it in to see if it was fixable. They ordered a replacement case/screen (non-original apple aftermarket parts). It was easy and quick. A bit pricey and I didn't take the time to get quotes from multiple places, but it was much cheaper than the cost of a new iphone.

One of the few Google Pixel authorized repair shops. Quick drop off for and expanding battery was taken care of quickly. Phone worked fine after repair.

On one hand the people here are friendly and the service is fast and affordable. On the other hand, the staff are dishonest. I brought my Pixel 4a in for a new battery a few weeks ago. Fast service and affordable price. The technician told me they accidentally broke the screen while replacing the battery so they replaced the screen for free. Great, no problem. Well I accidentally dropped my phone today (like I do regularly, from varying heights onto varying surfaces and the OEM Gorilla Glass holds up to his name) but this time the screen shattered instantly. This tells me that the shop did not use an OEM screen as a replacement. Ok no problem. Take the phone to the store and explain the circumstances. The tech told me that they were not responsible because they use "Google screens". There's no way. That's a blatant lie. It's not good business to deceive your customers.

I went in this morning (9/15/23 with my old old iPod. The speakers no longer work and not the select button went bad. But I have a lot of things on it, that cannot be transferred be cause of Apples continuous system upgrades. It sill works if you can access the files. A very nice fellow named Carson helped me. He set my iPod up so I can operate it without replacing the select button. It only took him a few minutes, but I am very grateful to him. To make it better he showed me how to do it myself if I have more problems. Then to make it even better, there was no charge.Carson was awesome!

8/4/23.My phone fell yesterday and my fingerprint button stopped working. Could not log in to apps requiring the sensor.I stopped by today to see if they could fix it. The young man upfront had no idea what I was talking about. He took the phone to the bank and came back and said you need a new Power button. How much is that? $175?Who would pay that amount for a power button?I gave him a blank look and walked out.I went to Ubreak it in littleton. 8246 W Bowles ave. The techician there opened my phone reset the fingerprint sensor with some wire thing and told me all fixed! No charge.Beware they are not AlWAYS HONEST in highlands ranch! Get a second opinion.

I thought I was a "goner' after going to Best Buy/Geek Squad and them telling me I had to buy a whole new laptop even though it was only a couple of keys not working on keypad. Took it to these guys and they fixed in 1 week --just needed a new keyboard like I thought. I think the geek squad guys are in on the racket to make people buy new things because they are lazy. Very impressed with these guys!

had water damage to my phone caused by placing it too close to my humidifier. I was devastated, losing my passwords, apps, phone numbers and calendar. They put it in a dehydrator and the next morning it was fixed. Great service and I was so relieved!!
