I came in to get a plat notarized and even brought the correct ink required for Mylar, knowing it’s a specific request. Despite having everything ready, the man at the counter refused to help and said it was “too much work.” That’s not only unprofessional—it’s the exact opposite of what a notary service is supposed to provide. If your store advertises notarization, you should be willing to help customers who come prepared. Won’t be returning here again.

I go to this UPS probably once a week. I always say hello and how are you and the people behind the desk never respond. I will continue to go there because of convenience but they are The rudest I’ve ever been around.

Called and asked a simple question and was told that they probably couldn't do what I had in mind when I hadn't told them what I had in mind. Same guy. That was an absolute jerk to me when I went in to mail a package a couple of weeks ago. I don't know why they keep someone with such a bad attitude around.

My packege has been at your location for 5 days now. The website has been saying delayed. FOR WHAT!?! HOW DOES IT TAKE 5 DAYS TO DILIVER SOMETHING. It was suposed to to be at my door 4 days ago. What happend?

charge for $2.50 per prepaid label and I think $5 for tape. Fed Ex across the street is incredible kind and so helpful. You can email them in advance and they will have labels for you for free and all the tape and packing supplies you need for free.
The library next door charges 10 cents for labels if you really need them.

Dropped off a package for an Amazon return and I was charged $2.25 to print a prepaid shipping label. This is ridiculous, not good customer service.
