They took care of my dog very well. They were extremely patient with him and even redid his service when he had a grooming anxiety induced accident. They’re great here, very kind and thorough!

So friendly and helpful. Practically automated with a dispenser for shampoo, conditioners in each tub. Very modern!

Wish I could give zero stars, but I'll give the one star to the kind associate who acted like he cared.Worst experience, don't take your dogs here. Complete disrespect and incompetence, from the supposed owner no less. Cannot believe the difference between from when I used to take my old dog here years ago. Do yourself and your animals a favor and go somewhere where they actually know what they're doing.

We've been taking our English Springer Spaniel to Jordan for 2 years for grooming and he always looks great! She knows how to do a field cut. Their selection of toys, accessories, food and food additives are quite good.

Amazing customer service, well organized store, clean bathrooms for humans and washing stations for puppies. An overall gem of a store for your pet with great options for all their needs. Plus their birthday cakes are premade and can last up to a year! So you can quickly grab your pets birthday cake at the last minute or plan ahead for the future. Love it here!

New owners won't accept any coupons for loyal customers. We get our dog groomed there once and month and won't be coming back. We forgot our coupon that was mailed to us, and when we asked about the coupon, it couldn't be granted. The owner wouldn't take our word for having a coupon and told us to "go somewhere else". We have been loyal customers for 3 years with our golden retriever. We will be spending our hundreds of grooming dollars somewhere else. Terrible and rude ownership. New business owners don't know how to do business nor keep loyal customers happy and loyal. A waste of time. Off to the next!

We had a serious situation this morning when our pup pooped in the kennel in the car and it was all over both of my dogs and the kennel. I had kids in the car on the way to their dance class, it was a horror story! Everybody was so helpful and one lady really stood out. She helped me with both dogs the whole time(I didn't know how to use the diy baths), serious vip treatment, even helped hose off the kennel outside. I was super impressed with the kindness of the employees and the store was beautiful. Clean and had everything a pup could want! I was happy to tip her since the service was above and beyond what was expected! There is a discreet tip jar in the wash room with a bowl of dog treats.
