Truly the worst pharmacy service. Lines are a mile long. You get put on perpetual hold if you try calling. It's just horrible.

I count on this convenient location and they've ALWAYS been amazing to help make sure my family gets their monthly medications. This pharmacy is imperative to our well-being and I love this location!

Wish I could do 0 stars but I cannot. This pharmacy is terrible. The first person I talked to sighed and put me on hold when I gave her my information. The pharmacist then who I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful, after I had verified information with him, he didn't say anything to me about prescription getting filled today or when it would be ready, and he just hung up. This pharmacy needs to find better people to work because I can't believe there are still patients coming here after all of the disrespect and arrogance by almost everyone who works there. I am recommending that no one get their medications from here EVER!

This place needs a culture overhaul. My wife tried to fill a rx she was just prescribed and was told too bad not sure when you will get it. She asked if they could transfer to another location and was told she could do it herself. Unbelievable!!!

This place needs an ASSociate overhaul. Everyone had bad attitudes. Their customer service sucks in the pharmacy. I've used WALGREENS for decades in several states. This is by far the worst. It truly goes against everything Walgreens is supposed to represent.

If I could give 0 start I would. They don't care here about people at all, just look at the reviews. You WILL wait. They WILL NOT care. You can complain but they won't do anything.Seriously, if you try to fill a script here you'll wait at least 20 minutes for service. The pharmacist will also ignore you, which is great...I'll never go to another Walgreens in my life.

Unsure whether it’s all Walgreens or just this one but the service abysmal. Tried to get a small penicillin script filled. Had my provider send it digitally in advance. I waited 30 minutes in line watching about a dozen people mostly hear how their script was not ready, had been lost, etc. which told me all I needed to see. Once it was my turn I was told they had not received my script. That was a bold faced lie as I spoke with my doctors office who told me they confirmed digital receipt of it and that this was a ‘Walgreens’ line they’ve heard before. So now I’m stuck with a pharmacy who had my prescription, claims they do not, and won’t answer their phone.And here I am sick and trying to get a simple script filled. Never again.

This pharmacy is the WORST!!!! Under staffed, so it takes 30+ minutes to pickup a prescription. You have lots of other choices, don't go here unless you just want to waste time.

The pharmacy (which we have filled prescriptions at for 23 years) is a hot mess due to staffing shortages. It's a Corporate office issue, they refuse to crack open their wallet to pay their employees so they leave. I cannot imagine the working conditions these employees face with lines long for the drive thru (when it's even open). Customers become frustrated and upset which is hard on the employees. Walgreens - you need to value your people who make you your money and value your customers who do the same and pay more and staff up. As for us, we are transferring all of our prescriptions to another chain where we won't be subjected to corporate greed and the resulting terrible service.

These other reviews are not lying. By far the WORST WALGREENS EVER. Legit stay in line with only 2-3 cars ahead of me and it takes 45 mins. You call and it's not even worth it. You place a prescription, good luck if they even do it. You have to be on top of them. It's so bad, don't waste your time!

So unfortunate that I have to write this but this pharmacy is a joke. 4 days in a row around 9am the sign says no pharmacist on duty. On more than 2 occasions, we’ve waited for over an hour to pick up medication. This place is like Soviet bread lines but for medicine. Horrible.

Until the upper management gets it together, this pharmacy is useless. At this point in time, they are 500 scripts behind in just their phone-in from doctors. Don't waste your time here. HEY GM, GET IT TOGETHER AND PAY YOUR PEOPLE. Maybe you'll have employees who want to work for you, if you pay them fairly.

Wow. Really can't describe how much management must have screwed up this store to get it into a state that is this understaffed. The wait times at the pharmacy are insane. Each car takes roughly 25 minutes at the drive through pharmacy. 3rd inline, you are looking at over an hour. Inside is not better. Every employee I speak to is very apologetic and is trying to do three peoples job. Had a few tell me there were planning on quitting. Do yourself a favor and fill your scripts anywhere else.

This is one of the worst Walgreen's pharmacy locations. They are chronically understaffed and it takes forever to fill a prescription. It was bad a few months ago, then it was a little better, now it's back to being horrible. Using the app is worthless. I have to call and sit on hold for 30-60 minutes anytime I want to be sure a prescription is filled by the time we need it. The amount of time I waste filling prescriptions is staggering.Most of the staff is courteous, but they get stuck with, seemingly, ridiculous corporate rules that make it impossible for them to do their jobs. The person who helped me yesterday said that Walgreen's corporate scheduled covid vaccination shots in 5 minute increments when it really takes 15 minutes per person. He said they were completely unable to actually fill prescriptions and said he would put my name on a "sticky note" with the other people who called in. Kudos to the staff for working around a horrible corporate decision but it's the stressed employees and customers who pay that price. It's unacceptable.The trigger for writing this review was that I was on hold for 15 minutes (having called immediately as they opened at 9 am) only to hear someone pick up the line then hang up. It's infuriating.And, yes, I will be transferring my prescriptions to another location or another pharmacy entirely.
