If you're going to take more than 2 min in the drive through pharmacy ...make them go inside !! The drive through should be efficient and not the place to take 30 min to figure out your Rx issues .

Management really needs to reevaluate this business dynamic and make changes. The employees are rude, the service is dismal to non existent, and the prescriptions are almost never filled on time. 100% no one is accountable for this location, otherwise I’d be surprised how they even had a job!

if I could give this pharmacist Petya a negative star rating I would! I have been a customer here for about 12 years. The new pharmacist Petya is one of the rudest and laziest pharmacists I have ever come across. she processed my prescription wrong and refused to correct it and or to call my pharmacy so they could explain that how she did it was wrong. She refused to do it until I had to have a conference call with her and my insurance company. When I went to pick my prescription up a couple of minutes ago, I asked for a phone number to file a corporate complaint. to give me the corporate information, and then told me they are transferring my prescriptions out. Do not waste your time or money on coming to the pharmacy.

Literally the worst pharmacy. They should just close it down and call it a day. Lines are ridiculously long both inside and outside and they don't care.

Pharmacy service is consistently terrible. Had two prescriptions sent to this Walgreens early yesterday by a teledoc. Would have had them sent to Amazon but they said they had to send only to pharmacies in Colorado. SMH! The Walgreens App said they'd be ready that afternoon. One of the two were antibiotics, mind you, so not something you really want to delay. Today, the next day, at 5:25 pm, still not done. Had to call and wait on hold for 10 min to ask them to fill them. They close at 6pm so had to rush over there to get the prescriptions. This is the second time we've had prescriptions sent there and they don't fill them until you come in or call. Oh, and Walgreens keeps charging us copays even though we've met our out of pocket max and Amazon and Express Scripts are not charging us copays. I'll figure that out later. Anyway, amazon Pharmacy has much better customer service, no hassles, next day delivery or two day if you have Prime, and no condescending lectures. Just ask your provider to send the scripts electronically to Amazon.

Very unpleasant experience with the Pharmacy staff. With so many other Walgreens in the area I would highly recommend a different location.

SHOPPERS BEWARE: Do not frequent this Walgreens for prescriptions!!! I was notified that a prescription was ready, but there should have been more than one, so I called. I was placed on hold for 31 minutes, and every time the phone system defaulted back to ringing (about every 3-4 minutes), a person would say "hold please" and would place me on hold without so much as allowing me to say a word. After the 31 minutes, I was hung up on!! I needed the prescription that was not ready, so after waiting about 2 hours, I headed to the store drive-up and waited another 20 minutes in line. The car in front of me ended up leaving- that's how long they had been waiting. When I finally did get to the window, I was told that the prescription I needed was not ready, even though it should have been on automatic refills. She said I would need to come back, which meant waiting in line yet again. I told her about waiting on the phone for 31 minutes and being hung upon on earlier, and that I had been in line for another 20 minutes to get to the window, and she really could have cared less and said they are understaffed "today". It's clear to me that this is just an excuse, as getting a prescription at this place always takes forever. The Walgreens in Castle Rock, where I used to live, took 5 minutes at the most every time I went through the drive up. In contrast, this place is a disaster!!! I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

So unprofessional.I got in line behind 2 other people at 6:02 pm and had three people yell at me that they were closed. Obviously I was expecting a Walgreens pharmacy to be open until the usual 9pm and was surprised. I was more surprised at how curt they were in their dealings with me and the other customers. No apologies, no telling me when they would be open the next day. Since when do pharmacies only work 9am-6pm? This is definitely a lesson learned to 1) check hours more closely, even when dealing with sickness and 2) never go here again.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experience. Don't support them and go somewhere else. They honestly couldn't care less if you shop there or not. Never again!

Now with covid testing drive thru line often wraps around building. Use to go to fill perceptions for convenience. I’m a single mother to a 3 year old and going through drive thru use to make life easier on me. Not anymore. An hour plus wait with an impatient child or going into to store risking a meltdown. Good times.

I filled with them three times, and there was a delayed each time. I got misinformation over the phone. After the third time, I decided to switch to a different pharmacy.

I have issues picking up my prescription here each and every time I try to fill it. I always have to jump through a bunch of hoops, contact my provider, and make multiple trips to the pharmacy.

Waited over 10 minutes on hold with the pharmacy. Someone answered just to hang up. The absolute worst staff and customer service

I have been going to this Walgreens for 15 years now. This year I have noticed that it is going down hill. I came in when my son needed some quickly important medications. He had just got out of a hospital for a mental break down. These medicines were zyprexa and haldol. The walgreens the first day told me they had to order them in. When i went to get them that night, they did not have them and had a million excuses. The next day after work at 5, they still did not have them, would not held fine another walgreens that had them.. We were going out of town and i was really angry. At that point, with the critial meds we needed, a pharmacists should have called me or told me they could not come through with them.!!! So, I transfereed all my scripts to King Soopers who helped me get these critical meds needed right away. Goodbye walgreens. you have lost my business..
