I was speaking to someone at the pharmacy and they were being completely unhelpful and unprofessional. The tech wasn’t suggesting any other solutions to the problem until I had to mention the coupons that can be added for my prescriptions to be filled and then she finally said they could be filled that way. I said thank you at the end and the employee ends the call and thinks it okay to just say uh huh sure and hang up immediately. There were multiple times where I had to repeat myself even though I was speaking very clearly. Very frustrating.

Terrible, everything is delayed all the time, had to transfer everything to Costco becaue Walgreens staff kept making excuses to get my mom's insulin. Costco filled it the same day. While I would love to have a pharmacy near me, these guys are useless.

On several occasions, I've been told my prescription was completed only to show up, wait in a 45 minute line to find out that they hadn't started it yet. Customer service is what steals the show though. It is the most unprofessional rude group of individuals I've ever dealt with in retail. I stopped going about six months ago and moved my business to wildcat. Brian, and Chris at the wildcat location are phenomenal. They exemplify customer service and make me feel welcome. The pharmacy lead at the Broadway location, however, constantly argues with me about my doctors prescription. It's just unnecessary. I would give this location negative stars if I could.

Worst service in town as far as the pharmacy goes. I'd take your money elsewhere. They don't fill orders as requested, always out of stock and extremely rude at the counter.

By far the best Walgreens around. They are super busy (as they all are) but they take the time to answer the phone and make the best of the situation. They are always kind, courteous, and try to make the best of hard situations. They are by no means perfect but they do strive to do the right thing.

“Seven days to fill a prescription” - that’s what I was told today after already waiting 4 days since the script was sent in and never getting a call/text on the status of the script. This was for an antibiotic for our newborn.Unfortunately, every time we go to this pharmacy it is a negative experience, but this is the last time we’ll be going here. Here’s some other experiences:- Showed up early for flu shot appointment and had to wait 45 mins beyond end of appointment window before getting shot- Have sat at the drive thru window for 10+ mins before even being acknowledged multiple times- Scripts consistently take 4+ days to fill- Drive thru periodically closed during hours it should be open-Signs up for the past couple of years saying they’re understaffed, but doesn’t seem any attempt has been made to address this

Awful experience. The large set guy with the glasses that works the pharmacy is just horrible . Take over 2 days to fill a prescription, Doesn’t even acknowledge you, just walks away from the window after saying “not done yet” . No reasoning and acts like he is too good to give one . Which he obviously isn’t . I had a daughter who was sick and needed zofran . I’m also 7 weeks pregnant so emotional and going through a lot . No respect . Lowlife who is obviously miserable and needs a new job . Just gross

My prescription sat at this pharmacy for two weeks.... Called today to get an update and they were very rude. I apologized that I needed it today and then the lady hung up on me.

If I could give zero stars, I would not only was Cindy, the pharmacy technician yelling at all the customers in line tonight about how she was shutting the door at 8 PM she didn't care who was left and explaining that most of us have been on hold the whole day, waiting to find out about our meds which weren't ready she walked away from the counter, and the supervisor who came in defended her ridiculous customer service we will never do business with Walgreens again!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have had continuously terrible experiences with the Walgreens location #02641- Walgreens on Wildcat Reserve Parkway in Highlands Ranch Colorado. The people at the pharmacy 'Chris' the manager and Cindy one of the employees at the pharmacy are consistently rude, unwilling to help or answer questions and in general extremely unpleasant. Cindy is known for yelling at customers. When I spoke with Chris the pharmacy manager about it taking over 2 days to get my prescription filled he told me they're very busy, and that I should go find another pharmacy. He had no interest in actually helping me. Prescriptions regularly take DAYS to be filled at this pharmacy. When I spoke with the Asst Manager of this Walgreens - he told me that they get multiple complaints about the pharmacy folks; Cindy and Chris in particular and that there's not much he could do. He encouraged me to take my complaint to the corporate headquarters for assistance - which I have done, but am also writing reviews in as many places as possible to get some attention to this group of awful people in the pharmacy. Why should I have to drive out of my neighborhood to get medication just because the pharmacy people are terrible.

Haven't had to refill a prescription in ages and was told to call in with new insurance. First phone call I was hung up on. Called back and a different female employee answered and was so rude and told me that my insurance is in there and she didn't know what I was talking about and hung up. Assuming that was the only hold up and it had been more than 24 hours I went to pick up my prescription and was yelled at in the drive thru that it wasn't ready. One of the kind female employees said she would fill it. Next day was a holiday so it was important to get this prescription. The other female employee who is so shockingly rude yelled at me to go back around through the drive thru while waiting. No problem but is that really how you talk to people? This pharmacy has always been bad but it has reached a new level with this certain female employee. Next time I'll get her name and call corporate because I'm sure it's the same one everyone complains about. Makes me nervous that these are the same people who fill your potentially serious prescriptions?

So many negative reviews for this pharmacy. I felt that way for a long time, however, a couple of weeks ago I found out that Walgreens is paying their pharmacy techs $14 an hour. i'm not saying that gives anyone the right to provide poor customer service, but everyone knows pharmacies are overrun these days. I'm not sure I would work for $14 an hour for such long hours especially when there's too much work and customers that are demanding, angry, in a hurry, or curt. maybe practice a little bit of grace and understand that these people could work almost anywhere else for more money. I know Ryan, and one other gal there, despite what they are dealing with, always do their job and seem to remain calm and caring despite the chaos and frustration around them. Just a thought....

Continue to have less than enjoyable experiences at this Walgreens. Overall, this store feels out of date and grungy. If Walgreens corporate is reading this...please invest in cleaning this place and giving it a facelift! Additionally, the staff is always understaffed and not the most focused on customer service. Their standard services (i.e. photo, pharmacy, etc.) are always a struggle to get attention right away and for them to do the basics (I.e. print photos, fill prescriptions) properly. The parking lot is huge and makes it easy to get in and out, so that's a plus; however, outside of being close to where we live and the convenience factor this place is not a good option.
