I have stolen medications that were filled at Walgreens, Lone Tree, CO. They were next to my bed bottles were empty except for 2 pills when I woke up in the morning. My texts to my nurse practioner and others were blocked. I reported it to the police. United Healthcare. Medicare.

Their pharmacy is horrible. Staff is rude and will argue with you saying you're wrong. They always have to wait til next day for any of my medicines. This weekend, they didn't have my medicine ready at all. Went monday morning and after 15 mins with no one else in line outside or inside they finally come to window, they said I had to wait another about 15/20 mins for rx to be filled. Couldn't wait. So I went back later at 6. Then I was told when i came back they couldn't fill it because my doctor didn't give info they needed but my doctor said they called and corrected it ASAP Friday as this was life saving medication. They don't call to notify you why they can't fill. They just expect you to wait. I had to go to ER last night Because I didn't have my medicine. Doctor told me to transfer to a new pharmacy because that was unacceptable.

I had a great experience with the photo department. I accidentally ordered the wrong size of print and they quickly helped me order a larger size at no charge, very friendly! You can tell they are short staffed overall but I appreciate the efforts and kindness.

Their pharmacy is super inconsistent. Sometimes average, sometimes horrid. I switched all my prescriptions to Costco even though it's 15 min away vs 5 min for Walgreens. The store itself is fine, staff is courteous. If you want a bottle of water or something quick, it's fine. Pharmacy......... not

No replacement for an 80$ nose cleaner that advertises 30 packets but had non. Didn’t discount for the missing product, refused a refund. Terrible business would never go back.

The worst Wallgreens I have ever been. On 22nd June 24 around 11.30am went their to get a copy of my western union recept and waited for nearly 1 n half hours n still they couldn't figured out so I left.
Cashier women name Nikki n another women about 4 feet high were so rude,mean n unprofessional. Never ever had a experience as a paid coustomer like that.
Atleast the young girl Issabella tried her best to help.
Worst coustomer service ever.

Absolute WORST customer service! I went in at 11am to buy one bottle of sunscreen and went to the front counter to pay. I was never greeted or checked on at the front counter. No on eas even there! For 10 min I stood there and not one employee acknowledged me. Worst Walgreens ever

I had placed an order last week through their website and when I went to pick up, they were closed. There was no sign outside regarding the closure. When I called the customer care, they said its strange that the store is closed. So I cancelled the order and went to another walgreens, and the staff there told me that this branch has been closed from past 3 weeks. I think it would be better to update the status in google and their website.

Online it states they’re open until 11:00pm, however, I showed up to pick up a picture order at 8:45pm and they were closed.
Please update your store hours, or at least put a sign up outside, if you’re not open when you advertise you are.
