The pharmacy is unbelievably horrible. The line is always very long, often a 20-30 minute wait. They often close the drive through because they can’t staff it. They can’t process people efficiently, it’s terrible. I have plenty of time to write this while I wait in line!

Walgreens Cash / Register Rewards ~??
If you TRULY know the difference and how they fit in a shopping trip, then PLEASE educate your coworkers.
I asked if the Catalina was printing & she told me yes. But IT DID NOT. The cashier was a new girl, very nice , very friendly, very helpful. She called for a manager and told her the cats did not print. I showed her my reciept & the products and told her I earned a $5RR for 2 colgate & a $3RR for the Dixie/AngelSoft. The manager pointed at the section of the walgreens cash & told me You got your rewards - see you started with 5 and earned 27. I said yes I earned the walgreens cash $7 for paper spend booster and $20 for the monthly-in the app- digital spend booster for spending $30 five times. I did not get the register rewards which are not reflected on the reciept and they are pieces of printed paper that come from this machine. She tells me that 27 is the register rewards - it's all the same. I said no they are 2 totally different different perks & I'm sorry you are not educated on how this works. Just drop it - I will send this in to Catalina. Then I looked at the new girl & told her - DO NOT LEARN FROM HER- SHE WILL TEACH YOU WRONG - AND ITS MUCH EASIER TO BE EDUCATED THAN TO BE IGNORANT. I thank you so much for your time - love you - enjoy the rest of your weekend.

The lady at the checkout, Cathy, was very rude and condescending. I’ve never been treated that way. Also incredibly slow service.

WORST experience at the pharmacy. My inhaler wasn’t working properly. I politely requested a refund or a replacement. The rep knew this needed to be refunded as the inhaler wasn’t working properly and malfunctioned. However, I had to be humiliated first infront of other customers. A refund was made finally after 20 min explaining the situation.
Lauren, the manager, assisted with the refund. I am not upset with Lauren as she made it right. I whispered to Lauren, “thank you. But I won’t be back. I will take my business elsewhere “.
My concern is employees like the pharmacist. I didn’t get her name. I am not profiling her. She was a white gal with some grey hair wearing a white coat. It wasn’t necessary to humiliate me. I didn’t take a nice drive to come to Walgreen just to get a refund. The issue was legit. The inhaler wasn’t working. I had 100 puffs to go. It’s an expensive product. You can’t humiliate me for asking you to make this right. DO NOT treat me like a second class citizen. Be Kind to the people surrounding you. I may be a minority and may not have the skin color like you. Treat your customer with respect whether they are brown like me or white like you.

I cannot speak to the pharmacy, but John at the register was very kind and even recommended products for my mom and I to try next time based on some of the stuff we got (much appreciated!), he's the only reason for five stars instead of three. The store was pretty clean but they were low on stock for a lot and had some empty shelves.

I made an apt for flu/covid test. When I checked in as I got the the lady from the back goes we don't have supplies for this. I asked how I make sure before driving around she said you have to call each location. No apologies, no offer to help, just basically get out and figure it out

I sat on hold for 40 minutes at this store and 45 minutes at another store and all they did was put me back on hold without saying a word. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could give them zero stars like their service.

I don’t know why you would have Giant open 24 hour sign on your building and then be closed at 10 o’clock like Bro, I just needed cold medicine. I’m dying right now.

This has to be the most disorganized and slow pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve picked up 4-5 prescriptions from this location and every-time it has been delayed, not received, not available even when THEY TEXT ME to pickup. If this is your closest pharmacy, drive somewhere further, it will save you time, frustration, and tons of useless phone calls.

Went to pick up needed prescription and they were closed. They are advertised to be open until 11PM. I went by at 6:30.

Prescriptions are always delayed. They need several follow ups. I was told yesterday to come after 15 min. Still not filled and being asked to come again tomorrow. This is the last time I am using this Walgreens.

Meredith the Pharmacist needs to be fired. She gave the tech EXTREMELY WRONG medication advice to give to me. When Melissa was confronted she became very defensive and blamed the tech. I highly doubt a tech would make something like that up or speak out of turn. If had listened to her "recommendation/advice" I would have been screwed in more ways than one. I will be reporting her to the proper governing bodies. Let's hope her next mistake doesn't kill someone.

This pharmacy really is just awful. Long wait times every time I pick up and the drive through is never open anymore. Also they never answer the phone and my doctor has the worst time calling in prescriptions here.
