The staff is great when you can actually reach someone. I get notified to call the pharmacy about and issue with my prescriptions, but getting through is difficult. Not uncommon to be on hold for 20+ minutes.

Diana is all around amazing and has thoroughly helped me more than once with my difficult situations. She has extensive knowledge, empathy, and patience. Which I think we could all learn from.. the staffing volume isn't great but the staff that IS there does an amazing job, especially for what they have to deal with.

This Walgreens is always a pleasant experience! I can pick up my prescriptions here or anything I need and the staff here is great.
