This Walgreens has been very helpful. After having issues at the Walgreens on Broadway, this Walgreens pharmacy on Wildcat really pulled through and helped us get our child's antibiotic. The pharmacist Lisa was very friendly and helpful. This is one Walgreens that will actually answer their phone and they have good customer service. I recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacist and all the techs are great.

The worst pharmacy staff ever. I received a text my daughters antibiotics were ready for pick up but when I arrived it had not even been processed. Then he told me it would take a while since he was leaving for lunch. I came back 2 hours later and was told it still was not ready and wouldn't be for several more hours. The way the staff talks to people in a rude and unprofessional manner is horrible. I immediately had my daughters antibiotics transferred to a different location where it would be ready in 30 mins

Went to my primary care doctor with an allergic reaction and had itchy hives on my skin. So my doctor called in two prescriptions for me to this Walgreens. I left my doctors and and headed straight to this Walgreens knowing my prescriptions wouldn't be ready yet, but I figured it might be worth popping in to see how long it was going to be since I was pretty uncomfortable. Went in on a Friday late afternoon and only had one person in line in front of me. I asked the tech how long it would be to fill my prescriptions and mentioned that they were for an allergic reaction I was currently having. She went to chat with the pharmacist off to the side and came back telling me (itching profusely) that they would have them ready in 10 minutes if I wanted to hangout in the store. In less than 10 minutes I got a notification in the Walgreens app letting me know both were ready for pickup. The pharmacy staff were so pleasant and easy to deal with. This is a great pharmacy that cares about their customers.

The absolute rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered in my life. I remain baffled by how every single individual that I speak to is somehow more discourteous than the previous person. I write this review after filling prescriptions on four separate occasions - this was not an isolated incident. This must be the gulag of pharmacies because it is evident the employees are extremely unhappy.

Incredibly rude staff. I walked in before closing and was greeted in a pretty hostile manner and was told to “make it quick”. Not exactly the nicest thing to say to someone when they walk in the door. I knew what I needed and it took me 30 seconds. I’m so sorry that me coming and picking up first aid supplies was such a massive inconvenience to your staff. I’ll take my business elsewhere. By the reviews it seems like I’m not the only one who feels this way.

We have also been coming to this pharmacy for years but will never come here again despite the location being close to our pediatrician. I received notification that my daughter's RX was ready but when we arrived at drive through we were told it would take 30 more minutes. Went back 30 mins later and went inside just to be told by a different worker that they had not even started on it. They asked if we could come back tomorrow but I told them we needed (eye ointment Rx) before daughter's flight this evening. He said they'd have it ready as soon as possible and would text when ready. We received the text about 45 mins later so we rushed to get it. Unfortunately, we arrived at 1:33...and the pharmacy was shut down for lunch. There was a pharmacist (Lisa) in front of the pharmacy window chatting with a lady who had her
filled prescriptions in her hand. When I asked about getting my daughter's, she said we are at lunch now. I explained this was my 3rd time there and nobody clarified that despite getting the text it was ready a few minutes ago, they would not be available.
I was not aware they completely shut down for lunch. Lisa was rude and said that's when they always take lunch and they deserve to eat too. I asked how the person in front of me had hers and Lisa said well that's because she's my daughter. Wow! She clearly could care less about my daughter's aching eye nor my inconvenience. Luckily, her daughter had better people- skills than her and kindly explained that the texting is automated and does not take into account when they take lunch. I thanked her for explaining that to me. It would have been nice if the other technicians would have let me know about the whole pharmacy closing down. Perhaps they could consider staggering lunches so customers could pick up RX without disruption.
So, beware and avoid this pharmacy if you need prescriptions filled in a timely manner with a pleasant pharmacist. Also, take note that despite receiving a text that Rx is ready, that doesn't always mean it actually is. Heaven forbid you show up between 1:30-2 because no Rx pick up unless you're a family member!
I understand that places are short handed and over worked, but that does not entitle you to be rude to customers.
I should also mention that the store's manager, Neil and store cashier, Sean were super pleasant and professional so I will not boycott Walgreens stores, just this particular pharmacy as long as Lisa is there.

Great experience with Ryan!
It seems like their reviews haven't been the best lately. However, our kids doctor is right next door to Walgreens and so for the past 7 years, Ryan (pharmacist) has always treated us with the utmost respect, kindness and consideration!

I have been going here for over 7yrs now. I am going to try another Pharmacy because I am completely exhausted by dealing with them and their attitudes. They never have anything filled on time, you have to reach out to them multiple times to get them to do their job, I have received bad insulin from them, as it must be refrigerated, simply indicative of sloppy people with bad attitudes. Save your time and emotional capacity....

Wow. I've never been treated so poorly at the drive-up pick-up window for the pharmacy. I'll never go back. Don't ever consider this pharmacy if you want to deal with people who want to process your insurance or put a credit card on file for your account.

I needed a RX on Monday 11/20/23 I called to see if my Rx could be filled because I needed to go to the airport I asked so if they were to busy I would have it transferred so I could make sure I could get it Chris in the pharmacy told me well you shouldn't be traveling your sick and I sure hope your wearing a mask I couldn't believe what I just heard first its not for sickness second its none of his business he was so rude . I am done giving this company my money for a year its always a problem to fill my Rx but Safeway has no problem filling it that day.

On several occasions, I've been told my prescription was completed only to show up, wait in a 45 minute line to find out that they hadn't started it yet. Customer service is what steals the show though. It is the most unprofessional rude group of individuals I've ever dealt with in retail. I stopped going about six months ago and moved my business to wildcat. Brian, and Chris at the wildcat location are phenomenal. They exemplify customer service and make me feel welcome. The pharmacy lead at the Broadway location, however, constantly argues with me about my doctors prescription. It's just unnecessary. I would give this location negative stars if I could.
