For nearly a year, I have been trying to facilitate one transaction with Wells Fargo and have had several road blocks in the way with only piecemeal information given at each encounter that has led to more and more disappointing visits at this location. It is incredibly frustrating, disheartening, and ineffective. The staff try to be nice - but honestly, the ineffectiveness of the whole 9+ month process outweighs any of that. I don’t bank at WF personally - this is a separate transaction related to a deceased family member - but from my experience, I would never consider opening up a personal account here. Would never recommend.

This Bank lies to its customers, and not willing to help out in the timely manner that they promise too. I will be closing my accounts with in the next week. I am very sad to part ways, but after 4 yrs of dealing with them and always making me feel like I am a burden to them I must go!!!!!!!!!! L.

The person who helped me was very nice. I was trying to get automatic payments removed from my mortgage. However, they couldn't help me. I asked for the direct number for the mortgage department which I had at home so I could call right away, and was given the general customer service number. Didn't really get much help. But usually I would 5star. My branch in Highlands Ranch always goes above and beyond!

Bad customer service at this specific branch. Needed to meet with a banker. Telller was nice and told us we could meet a banker and thst we were next in line. Another customer walks up afterwards to the teller is told something similarly and tbey are also asked to wait. Then we are skipped and they are attended to.This branch staff lacks the service mindset I have seen in other branches and need multiple levels of basic customers service training.

Best customer service EVER! No other branch picked up the phone and we’re willing to accommodate our needs for banking services. Chris was the guy who helped us. Overall, amazing service! Which is very hard to find in today’s day and age. Great job!

We had a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo bank with our personal banker James Goudy.He was patient and kind, and very perseverant. He did not stop till he solved all our issues.We would definitely recommend James and this Wells Fargo branch to anyone.

If you are visiting to do something simple, such as withdraws and deposits or currency conversion, this branch is great. Friendly service for sure. They do try to "find out" the harder stuff by asking each other if they do not know, but you honestly will find better assistance for the more difficult things elsewhere. Anything besides the very basic "by the book" things, you will be redirected elsewhere (including a post office for notary work when they are a notary here).

I’ve banked here since 2006. Never had any issues and everyone has gone above and beyond every single time I needed anything for my business or personal. That last review with the thumbs down is childish and fake! Highly recommend this branch.
