Opened accounts here years ago. Recently had a number of visits inside - larger wire transfers, larger chunks of cash etc. Staff is extremely friendly, always warm and welcoming. Hours are pretty good too for a bank.

Ridiculous this location was closed on Saturday and the first of the month when people need to deposit checks because their online deposit limit is too low. I had to drive to lone tree to deposit where the management there had drive thru closed. Inside there was about 20 people in line.

Ever since the change in leadership at this branch, the customer service has been absolutely horrible. They used to be so amazing but now they can’t seem to do anything right. Went in to have something very simple done and they were unable to accommodate. From now on I will be driving to the Arapahoe Road branch.

This branch has TERRIBLE customer service and few staff members are very RUDE. Wells Fargo Bank continues to disappoint...From blatant FRAUD few years ago to continuous MEDIOCRITY in ALL levels of its operations. It is circling the drain and it's a matter of time before total and complete collapse. NOTHING is forever no matter how large you think you are. SHAME ON YOU WELLS FARGO BANK AND YOUR PAST AND CURRENT BOARD MEMBERS. YOUR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IS UNETHICAL AND SUCKS BIG TIME.

Kind of concerned about how this location is handling everything going on. They are having everyone go through the drive thru lanes, but yet they take forever just to do one transaction. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue but I hope they can get it figured out soon because I'm sure it will make both their lives and out lives as customers easier. If you can, I'd suggest going to another location because all of their drive thru lanes seem to be faster/you can go inside if you're really in a hurry.

I know of one other Wells Fargo branch that is as horrible as this one but this one take the win for horrible customer service, incompetent drive-thru agents and just down right horrible. No person who works at this Wells Fargo can do their job correctly and they are rude and take so long to do a simple transaction that you would think you are closing your account. They will ask you four to five times the type of bills you would like, they will put your money in whatever account they want regardless of what you say and they have broken drive thru speakers they don't fix or even put a sign up. This Branch needs to hire new employees or shut down entirely.

I would strongly suggest you DO NOT make deposits at this branch. The staff is incompetent .They can’t seem to put your money in your account.When that happens , you will wait up to 10 days to get your money in your account ....and you will have to take the time to check every day until it’s done All this because of an incompetent employee and an ridiculous policy This is not the first issue I’ve had with WF. .Im removing all my accounts from Wells Fargo to a bank that has more accountability to its customers.

Really disappointed in Wells Fargo. I have been a customer of theirs since the early '90s and have over ten accounts with them across our family which we will be closing this month. We had three separate issues today that needed to be resolved and in each instance I started with the branch, was provided incorrect 800 numbers for support and have now spent over two hours on hold being transferred around to get to the correct departments. One issue is still not resolved. When I reached out to the manager (Dave) for assistance/escalation, I was met with defensiveness and no orientation to customer service. Incredibly disappointing and lacking professionalism. I am sorry to leave as have always received personalized service from this local branch.

Wells Fargo could have decided to stop automatically penalizing their members during their current financial hardships during the COVID crisis - instead they chose to continually prioritize their profits above the basic needs of those of us who bank with them.

I would give zero stars to this location if I could. I've had child accounts for my kids with Wells Fargo for about 12 years and never had a problem. THIS location couldn't even process a check one of my kids got for her birthday. Completely clueless. I'm closing the accounts and taking my money to a real bank.

I've always had great and helpful experiences, whether cashing checks, obtaining personal loans, or getting a home loan. John Wolfe is extremely helpful and very professional to work with for any type of loan.
