Just went in for muffins and a coffee. Simple, right? I have complained about this cafe before. I stood at the cafe today for a good 7 minutes, almost thinking it wasn't open. The older 'blonde' in the Bakery looked over, saw me, continued unstocking boxes for a few more minutes-I thought she'd motion to me that 'someone-or God forbid, she'd help me' but I stood waiting for someone to do their job, ie customer service. The Bakery blonde finally walked over like I was inconveniencing her-did not apologize for the wait. Did not say Hi, what can I get started for you?' Asks 'what'll you have' like a bartender, takes my order and size. Only then a millennial walks over, and the Bakery blonde high tails it out of there without a word-without speaking to, or relaying my order to the girl, so I had to start all over again. Way to go, Whole Foods. Another 20 minites I'll never get back.

The produce was not fresh and very low in stock. Many things I wanted to buy were out of stock including natural almond butter.

This review is for the seafood department which has gone steadily downhill in the last couple of years. I can’t count the times I was sold fishy shrimp, fishy tuna or fishy . Seems like every other time I go there I come home with old fish (like today). And I always use my seafood same day. It’s not like this is a low cost seafood market either.

Enormous Thank you!' Ran to Whole Foods on my high schoolersLunch break. There Internet was down and after trying one register many times and then moving registers and unpacking and rerunning groceries they still were unable to process.Manager said if it didn't go through they would give me the groceries. I took it with a grain of salt.Unbelievably they couldn't complete transaction and he made good on his word and although my daughter missed class we left with groceries.Unemployed single Mother trying to figure life in this pandemic and what a blessing. Last week we literally could not afford groceries.Thank you HR Whole Foods. You made this difficult time brighter. You have always had my lifelong business. You now have my lifelong gratitude !!

The lines have been so excessively long. I realize COVID affects this but the last 3 times I have been in during the past 10 days it has been all the way to the back of the store and halfway across the back aisle. At least a 20-30 minute wait. Don't have this experience anywhere else. Hey I have expensive frozen items in my cart. I hold management responsible for this. I now hate going to Whole Foods. They are getting less of my $$. Natural Grocers gets the lion's share for their high standards and keeps my shopping experience positive.

I love a buck a shuck Friday's. they are normally pretty fast about getting them shucked and on ice. This makes for a nice family happy hour treat after a long week. I appreciate the discount here now that it is owned by Amazon. Having a prime membership keeps on giving!

**Updated review** I reached out to the manager Chris, as I had a fairly bad experience the last time I was in (see below if your really interested) Chris handled the problem very professionally. He was actually able to go back through the video feed and confirm my story. I appreciated that he didn't just disregard my claim, when it was confirmed he didn't make any excuses or feed me any b.s. he directly took responsibility and apologized on behalf of the business. Chris literally saved my relationship with this location. He's an excellent manager and was able to turn a 1 star review in to a 4 star review by doing the right thing and treating his customers with respect. Thanks Chris! See you next time. This review is literally a result of my experience from the time I tried to pay for my groceries until the time I walked out the door. I only had a few items (in the neighborhood of 8-12) I went to the quick pay line because they were pretty busy. I unpacked my groceries, only to be met by the attitude of the cashier. He looked at me then looked at my groceries and mumbled "how many items do you have" I said that I had around ten. In a very inappropriate tone he rebuttals with "ya, ok sure". My wife and I looked at each other,we were a bit taken back. I removed my groceries from his line packed them back into my cart and told him that we were sorry for being an inconvenience. With the same tone he sharply says "thanks". We go to the line directly behind him. I wait, unload my groceries again and the women at the cashier line starts ringing us up. She was new and was taking a bit longer than usual but was pleasant and professional, as she was ringing us up I was looking at the prepared foods section of the store and admittedly zoned out for a second, again at this point I'm behindthe unprofessional cashier. I kind of notice him looking my way and saying something to me, I wasn't really paying attention to him as I was not actively conversing with anyone, just checking out the food. Well it turns out he was talking to me. He kept blurting out "hey smiilllee" I couldn't believe it. The only thing I can think of is that he thought I was staring at him, but I wasn't. He ended up saying it several times loud enough for my wife and everyone else around to hear. It was absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate. It was as if he was looking to provoke me. I didn't know what to say other than "excuse me" I was absolutely embarrassed by him. Upon leaving we asked the cashier about there promo that was $5 back if you spend $25 on produce. She had no idea what we were talking about and directed us to customer service. At this point I was really ready to get out of the store. We go to customer service and the women there wanted to rescan all of our produce to see if we qualified for for the $5 back. We just said nevermind but we both felt short changed. As we left I happened to look back over to the register where we checked out to see the unprofessional cashier laughing and taking to the cashier who rang us up, it was clear he was laughing at me because he started waving good bye to me from across the store. Again totally embarrassed. So unprofessional, I will never go back to this location. So sad.

This is my favorite Whole Foods location! I work across the street from this store, and I eat here 4 or 5 days a week. The hot bar is amazing! The food is always fresh and hot and the cold bar is always, well, cold. I like the variety and they have tikka masala every day! I've tried the pizza by the slice a few times, which has always been fresh, and the of course the cold bar is top notch. Last week I went in for breakfast and grabbed scrambled eggs and hash browns. There were no serving intensils in the salsa and cheese area. I was told that didn't open until 8am (it was 7:15am) but a deli clerk kindly brought out utensils and said she liked her eggs with cheese and salsa too. This is a great store with great staff.

Since Amazon took over this location is often out of staples. Today was the worst experience yet. I had eight items on my list. Two of the items were in stock in my ideal quantity. Yay! They were out of three of items - broccoli, bananas and prepared chicken. I had to buy a different size of chips because they didn't have the smaller bags. I had to make an alternative choice at the meat department because they only had a half a pound of what I wanted. I purchased a different flavor of almond milk. King Soopers is located directly across the street and was able to fill in what I needed. Plus I am sure I saved $5 or more at KS over WF prices. I am a loyal customer but WF just became my back-up instead of my go-to.

This is typically my favorite grocery store but since I've moved here - 1/1/19 Each visit the produce does not seem to be the freshest. Which is shocking to me. Perhaps it's the season but very disappointing. Romesco had already turned on the ends. Lemons seemed to be dried out. Lettuce, parsley, kale - basically all leafy greens were yellow at the tips or turned. The flowers - wilted. Hope they improve. Produce is huge for us!

The prices seem to have gone done which is a plus. Sad to say, there's the original Whole Foods and after the ownership change. I don't know what's going on but the employees don't seem happy and aren't as passionate nor as willing to help. Both times that I've gone to the customer service desk, its been unmanned. There used to dedicated department personnel to help find items. I've been told there's no inventory look up system as in other places. However, I'm sad to say the level of service, the warmth and expertise isn't really there anymore. The standard answer is we don't have it try South Glenn there twice as big as our store.

I went in today to get some fresh bread. I always get a loaf of Baby Rustic Italian Bread and 1/2 loaf of whole wheat bread with walnut and cranberry. When I asked for the 1/2 loaf of whole wheat, she said she does not have a price for a half loaf. The ladies at bread section are usually nice. This lady seems to be new and not very friendly. So I wasted my time driving to Whole Foods and did not even get the bread I wanted.

Overpriced products that make me feel healthy? You bet your vegan tush! The cafe here is straight dank and always a good choice. They sell my favorite chai, Bhakti Chai Tea. I go here for random healthy snacks, and I am never disappointed.

While I love the fresh food here, the management failed to correct a problem. 3 of my items did not get put into my bags. I called and spoke with Chris, he said come back over and I'd be credited and get my items. So I drove back over and asked for Chris. I was told he's busy and given my bag with items they forgot to pack. No credit as promised. Mistakes happen, but when management fails to correct the issue as promised, that's a bigger problem. At the high prices I pay here I expect better. Not sure I'll drive the extra distance in the future.
